Several years back I moved my in-laws entire house from Japan to Dallas. The movers told us it was…read morethe largest move they had ever done for a move from Japan to Dallas. The first surprise was the speed. They picked up the items in Japan on November 20th and called us on December 23rd to tell us our items had arrived. We must have gotten very lucky with the shipping containers. Now the fun part comes with the unpacking. I unwrapped $1 Target candles that were bought in Texas, taken to Japan, and now were being shipped back to Texas. Each was wrapped carefully and looked as good as new. They were a little too thorough when they packed up a 1.5'x 4' kitchen vinyl remnant, a pile of old new papers, and a half used roll of toilet paper. Everything came back with no damage.

I think that Express parking is the best option at DFW airport. Reasonably priced, covered parking (although the car still gets dirty, I don't worry about hail damange when I'm gone) with car-to-door service and the driver will even load your bags in the car on return. The lot is patrolled and I feel very safe there. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I always recommend it to others.
