I really didn't believe in its helpfulness anymore. But recently I was required to attend some PT sessions in order to qualify for an MRI so I went to Renew... WOW! What a difference!! I have been suffering from low back pain and neck pain with very limited mobility. When I first walked in, I was first struck by what a comfortable atmosphere the place has. Next, I was given an extremely thorough exam, then an incredible treatment that included relaxing heat and amazing massage! I was introduced to some simple stretches and mobility exercises. Instead of going for just the required five visits, I have been going weekly for two months now and my neck mobility has nearly DOUBLED! I still have low back pain (I have a condition they can't fix), but the weekly treatment is a life saver. Honestly, I can't say enough about how fantastic Mike, Hannah, and Chris are. Truly a stellar experience each and every time. They all go above and beyond and are so skillful. I can't recommend them enough!

I have had by far the best success at Trails End - Sue and Dawn are excellent. In the past 5 years, I've needed PT for a swimmer's shoulder injury and after surgery for a ruptured achilles tendon. Both times my PT with Sue and Dawn was crucial to a good outcome, allowing me to return to swimming and hiking, skiing, etc. They are patient, thorough, kind yet tough (PT hurts! but stick to it). I have no question that I would return to Trails End should I need PT again in the future.

My Surgery is June 13th. So, I was then assigned Trevor to be my post surgery in-home PT. I waited for literally weeks to hear back from Trevor, who was to be my PT for in-home care post surgery. When Trevor did call back weeks later, It was to say that he was leaving the company and therefor unable to be my PT. This after my leaving multiple messages with the front office(and one message for him in person with the company OT). Also, I was notified of Trevor's leaving with less than 1 week out from my surgery date. I learned great stretches and exercises the first time Ben arrived at my house. He is very knowledgeable and provides great guidance and instruction on how to improve things like posture. Dr. Cole spent maybe 7 minutes with me. He recommended a brace and sent me to a durable medical equipment (DME) company. I was measured for a custom brace, but the DME company needed updated orders from Dr. Cole to bill my insurance. DME representative started working with an individual at ROC, then the communication went silent. Roughly a month later we learned that the ROC representative resigned and no one monitored her emails. Found a second person to talk to at ROC and they have now gone silent. Finally reached Dr. Cole's MA and he has now gone silent. Original appointment was in June. It's now August and we (me and DME company) still have not received a response from ROC or Dr. Coles office with a response to a very simple question. I still do not have my brace. This is beyond horrible. There are many good orthopedic alternatives.

I wish I would have seen the previous review about this prior to becoming a (formerly) loyal customer. I was a years long Benchmark patient, and have gone to three different locations and seen several PTs. Recently, I took a break from PT, intending to resume in the Spring. However, that changed the other day when I received a collections notice out of the blue; I received no calls, no emails, no mention at my biweekly appointments, and no knowledge that I owe them anything beyond the fee I paid at every single visit over the years. I did receive EOBs from my insurance, and receipts for my visits which I became accustomed to recycling as I was under the impression I had paid in full each visit. I have now spent hours of my day going through my insurance claims over the last two years to review each date the collections noticed listed. In doing so, I realized they did not even credit the listed visits in collections with the amount I paid at each appointment. This business has received years of payments from me and my insurance company, yet once I took a pause on therapy, they silently sent me to collections on a balance owed I was not aware of; this will impact my credit, and the chance I will ever go to their business again, regardless of how great *some* of their PTs are. This time I'll look for a local non-franchised company to support, who does not have a corporate conglomerate drooling at the opportunity to sneakily stick it to their patients.
