I have recently had the pleasure of keeping my grammie company while she recovers from medical afflictions. Already, I have been introduced to several of her doctors, of whom, I've never been a fan of - here in Crossville, it is warned to stay far away from the medical community(as they don't know what their doing). I was pleasantly surprised at the attention grams received. Not only did they know her name, they remembered her many stories and asked follow up questions regarding them. They knew, without looking into her cooler of meds, what she was on and how they would react to a new med. They took the time to listen to her go on about me - she always makes my life seem so much better than I view it and so I listen too :) - and have the most gentle of ways to bringing the conversations back to her medical care. Kudos to Dr. Johnson and his staff for actually being present and listening to your patient... I am no doubt a fan!

Not at all impressed with the primary care options either. If you want to change doctors you have to give a reason then they meet and decide if you can change. I believe the surgery center is much better. But for a primary care person I think you're better going elsewhere.
