We have used Crossville Medical Group for 16 years and have always been treated professionally and had a correct diagnosis of our problems. I do know that the Doctors don't make all the decision as to how the office is run. Medicare, etc. has a lot of say in what type of treatment you will receive when you go to any Medical facility. We have never waited more than 30 minutes to get in to see the Dr. and same in the exam room. We will keep our Doctor there and be happy that we can go to a local facility to be treated. read more

This facility has ridiculously long waiting times. You can wait on the phone for hours and the last time I had a 10:00 am appointment, the doctor didn't see me until noon. They must be incredibly greedy to overbook like this. read more

we see dale cuva - she is top of the line!!!! this woman is so compassionate and caring - she is so genuine - as is her nurse, miss brenda!!! dale puts most pcp's to shame!!! we each have multiple, severe medical issues, and you would think she was eating an ice cream cone when discussing these issues with you - she stays so calm and collected and is so good at reassuring her patients - do not hesistate when considering her for your care!! thank you, jesus, for sending us dr. dale!!!! and god bless you dr. dale!!!;) ps: if you think waiting times are "long" here, you've never been to jamestown!! minimum 3 hour wait, period!! we arrived at 445p, and left office at 901p - now that's overbooking!!!!! read more

this is probably one of the worst doctors ,n.p, p.a offices ...i have ever dealt with, they truely believe that your world revolves around them and their tests, they dont and wont deal with you or your concerns and or genuine questins, they do not believe in or even want to a doctor patient "relationship " with you, if you as a patient have bothered to educate yourselve on anything in your medical history, when you walk thru their doors your plain stupid in their eyes and you know nothing!! and are treated as if you have done zero research which means anything you say will have zero impact on anyone of your issues and possible treatments you may need, i remind you these are the same issues you deal with day in and day out not them!!....i repeat not them, i was told i had to pick 3 problems, and which 3, i repeat 3 problems, i might have adressed that day, and one rx refill counted as one !! i deal with these things (not these medical self appointed dictators of the crossville medical world) and when you as the patient, "try" to address these issues (not jerry springer style)with medical staff, you are told in no uncertain terms how dare you questin these medical gods !!...when their supervisors are contacted to try to work on which to me are important problems regarding your care and treatment, they back up these "medical gods....btw.... these are only "gods" in their tiny narrow egomaniac globs they pretend are working brains attached to their necks btw...once outside crossville they turn back into regular humans (but their supervisors back them up, but hey gotta, i understand that they work with, and deal with these little ego manics daily) but as consumers and dare i say adults!! this is not a doctor i would ever recommend to anyone, not even a enemy i had to visit the e.r recently for a simple issue ,that if dealt with in office might have cost my insurance $100 plus rx, but now the bill will be a minimum over $1200 plus rx plus my time this drives the cost of insurance thru the roof, for all of us!!!.... they get a big fat zero, wish i could give more zeros, im sure there are good people who work in this office, but they are there when its after 5pm, doors are locked, and mops and gloves are standard equipment read more
