I meet with sales adviser, Melody for advice especially on the dance floor just to be sure my order was correct. I had no knowledge of what was needed, so I trusted her advice and placed an order solely based off of her recommendation. The dance floor delivered was literally a half of a square!!! It couldn't even be linked together to make a square. Obviously she has zero clue how the pieces link together. Even the delivery drivers said they knew something was wrong with the order when they picked it up. When I tried to get the company to correct their mistake and bring two more squares (I even said I'd pay for it) they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it on Saturday because nobody would be there and the best they could do was lay it outside of their office before they closed for me to pick up?! So basically if someone stole it before I got there the liability would be on me. Why would a company even suggest leaving their inventory outside unattended?! To top it off when the delivery drivers came back to pick up the order apparently they had zero idea of what they were supposed to be picking up and left a portion of the order at the venue. Apparently the office staff failed to communicate that with them. This company doesn't seem organized or knowledgeable about their products at all based off the advice and service I received. I would not recommend them for any significant event such as a wedding, and would strongly suggest shopping around for someplace else. The entire process was a classic example of "You get what you pay for." I regret renting from them and wish I would've paid more and went with "Please Be Seated" or someplace else instead.

The weather ended up being horrible and I decided to rent the 20x30 pole tent (I think that was the size) and went forward with the part and it held up great in the rain. We improvised last minute by hanging clear paint drop cloths down one side of the tent to keep rain from blowing in on the food tables. We also hung outdoor string lights all around the perimeter and across the middle poles with zip ties and it looked awesome. The kids ended up not getting to use the bounce house bc of the rain but it was a great price as a package so I didn't regret renting it just in case. The guys who came to set it up the day before were awesome and super accommodating when I made them adjust the tent location a couple times (before setting it up haha). Loved the products and the service! Great business. We will definitely use these guys again. Thank you!

The website did say they deliver to her zip code, and their system took my order - and my money, including a tip for the driver. She didn't receive them that day, so i called the next day to check. Yes, I know Valentine's Day is a busy day for florists, so I was patient when I kept getting a busy signal. I finally go through to someone who gave me a number for the delivery line. I called but it rang back to her. She gave me a different number. Same thing. I tried again and got someone else who said she was "in the back of the house" and that she didn't handle deliveries and that they didn't deliver to that zip code. I pointed out the email confirmation I had received and what their website said. She told me to call one of the other numbers I had already been given. Someone finally answered and said the order (she had asked for the order number on my email confirmation) was not on her table and was probably on the delivery truck with another delivery to the same zip code. My daughter never received the flowers that day, either. I have been trying for nearly two hours today to get through, using the three phone numbers I have for them (from their website and that were given to me by people who answered the phone). Nothing is working. It either takes me through the prompts, puts me on hold, and then hangs up, or is busy. After doing some internet searching, I am finding bad reviews (similar experiences to mine), and different addresses for this business. After scrolling to the bottom of their website, there is a statement of zip codes to which they deliver and the zip code for my daughter's delivery is not listed, even though it is at the top of the page. Either this business is VERY INCOMPETENT or a SCAM! I guess I'm just going to have to write my money off as a learning experience - and the next time I go visit my daughter, actually drive to the business for a followup - if they haven't closed up shop or even exist. Don't waste your money.
