The menu had quite a few creative and colorful hot and cold drinks with protein content listed for some but no prices. I chose a hot protein chocolate drink and then at the register there was a pack of 6 small peanut butter chocolate balls also with no prices that looked tasty so I grabbed those too. My drink was basically a chocolate protein shake heated up. Kinda funky protein flavor but thickish, well blended, and apparently with 30-something grams of protein in the approx 16oz drink. The pb chocolate balls were dense and pretty tasty. They must've had protein too as they were a bit chalky but not in a bad way. I left happy, figuring I'd paid maybe $6 for a protein drink and maybe $5 for the small pack of protein balls (sold in packs of 4 as a dessert without protein just next door at Hyvee for $4 lol). I got home. Checked my email. In it was a receipt for $25 from Rise Nutrition. WOW!!! I'm not only mad they don't post prices anywhere in their business but stunned and ticked I got taken for TWENTY FIVE dollars for a 16oz drink and tiny protein balls. I feel scammed. Outrageous. Highway robbery. If you're going to strong arm with exorbitant prices like that, at least don't hide it from me and let me decide what to blow my budget on!

The crew is always kind and leaves you alone to enjoy your tea in a quiet, quaint teashop. The decor and media around the shop from the TVs to the music to the games make it feel relaxing and fun. They also have quite a few different desserts like macarons that will not disappoint you. The outside seating is nice when the weather is cooperating and the speed of service is exactly what you expect for custom drinks. No more, no less. They also pack everything perfectly for delivery or takeout. My orders always arrive looking great, tasting great, and feeling mindfully prepared.

I also added ginger. It was yummy! The following week, I tried the Metabolism Boost Chocolate Banana.
