( A very large order for 13 people, so not a cheap order) The Uber driver didn't even pick up the food until 6:20 pm, and then Uber pushed my delivery window all the way to 8:30 pm. I watched the Uber driver on the app, driving all over town. The driver was clearly making multiple other stops before delivering mine, which was extremely frustrating. Not only had my food sat at the restaurant before being picked up, but now my food was sitting in the driver's car getting cold and soggy while she drove to multiple other places. At one point I watched as she drove right by my house without even stopping to deliver my food!! I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the manager was outstanding. She was super helpful, listened to everything, and resolved the issue with no hassle. That kind of customer service is rare and really saved my experience. I truly appreciate how the restaurant stood behind their service even when the delivery issues were completely out of their control. Well... had I not already been full, I probably could have helped him out with half of it.
