Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

It's actually quite ugly with a botched window job (previous owner/flipper) and a large mass of electrical and utility boxes/lines all coming together right outside our patio door. I want to enjoy sitting in my backyard on nice days, but am very limited in space and desire. The area that would be considered our "deck" was a 10×10 concrete slab. Not safe for our child with no railing protecting the drop-off to our very sloped yard on all sides. Chet, Shane, and Russ with CA Carpentry started work on our mess and I cannot write enough about the finished product. Not only did they work around that nasty slab (so much $$$ to remove!), and that mess of utility connections on the house, but they completely changed the look of our entire backyard with the gorgeous wood deck they crafted. Not build, crafted. You don't see work like this in construction these days. I had a picture in my mind, and these guys' work absolutely exceeded it. The quality of work, speed, communication, and how me and my husband feel after is life changing. Now, instead of my tiny children and elderly family having to walk out onto steps with no hand-hold, they can walk straight out. Our useable space was tripled, and the beauty of the deck has reignited my desire to decorate, host in, and enjoy my back yard again. Also, my kids will not fall off of the sides any longer because we have exquisite, child-safe, metal bar railings in all of the important places! Seriously, craftsmanship, not just constructed. They are artists and have great pride in what they do, and now so do I. I cannot wait to sit out ther and just enjoy the new look and feel. It's currently dumping our largest snow load of the year on the first day I can walk on it. But it's, Colorado, so I just have to wait a couple days. Thank you, CA Carpentry, Chet, Russ, and Shane!! This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a so-called "professional." From the start, Patrick had an awful attitude. When I called to ask about service, he acted like I was bothering him. He was short, dismissive, and downright rude. He made no effort to be helpful. At that point, I knew I would never give him my business. I found another plumber who was professional, respectful, and charged a fair rate--something Patrick is clearly incapable of doing. If you're considering hiring Patrick at Affordable Plumbers, DON'T. He is rude and Unprofessional. There are so many good plumbers out there who actually value their customers--Patrick is NOT one of them. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
