Even though we didn't connect until late afternoon, Julio was there to start the restoration work that very same night--on a Friday, no less! Throughout the entire engagement, both he and his crew were extremely courteous and professional, taking great care to limit the impact and disruption of the restoration work. Despite having a packed schedule, Mike came out to our property on a Friday morning so he could measure the damaged area and give us at least a ballpark idea of what we would be charged to see if we could still close on buying this house Friday afternoon. He was prompt, polite, and honest. He truly sought to give me the best service while staying as reasonable with price as possible. He was in constant communication with me and my mold inspector (Staci with EnviolCore, which is another glowing review). Shane came out and contained, remediated, and also kept in close communication with me. He also was fair and honest and understood we were on a budget. I would HIGHLY recommend All Dry to handle your water damage/mold problems. The great job they did has me feeling a sigh of relief and hope as we get ready to move into our new home!

I had another company come out who recommended a costly replacement. It speaks to the integrity of this company that they put my interests ahead of theirs. Would definitely use them again.

There was a slight l miscommunication about whether or not we would get the prices that were quoted if we ordered within a year of the first purchase, or whether they quoted that we'd pick in the discounts. Ultimately they offered us what they quoted (just ensure you have a clear understanding.) The installer is great, efficient, friendly, on time and clean. The windows are great so far. We notice a huge difference in the upstairs bedrooms that previously would be much colder than the rest of the house. It has also reduced the noise. I'd recommend getting a quote!
