If you can get someone to return your call for scheduling you are lucky! I unfortunately would give this place a zero if I could just because I left 5 messages between the online consult page and the AI voicemail and did not get one return call to schedule my daughter for wisdom teeth extraction in the Cranberry location. I've been dealing with dental issues for about 20 years now I slowly lost my teeth and tried to save them and got partials to an upper denture until I finally got introduced to the doctor Alex Fagan from a good friend of mine and they have done wonders for me they removed the rest of my bottom teeth and got me top and bottom implants and then snapping dentures that I can eat corn on the cob apples steak nuts granola everything I used to eat before and for me eating healthy and what I want to eat is so important and they gave that back to me and much more I recommend you have any type of teeth issues to give these guys a call whether it's a big issue like mine or a minor one they'll take care of you I have three different facilities and a great team I wouldn't recommend anyone else read more

Nobody wants to get a Root Canal but if you have too get one definitely come here. I was greeted by Lorrie a nd she helped me with the paperwork. Once I got seated Dr Parker treated my problem and I was in and out fast. He made me feel relaxed and his assistant was very helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a Root canal .One last thing they called the following day too make sure everything went right. read more

Incredible experience from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me at the door and after a couple of signatures I was escorted to the back for X-ray and extraction. Literally more effort to make me comfortable than it took for the extraction....I felt nothing and can't thank the entire crew for that effort to make me comfortable through the procedure. Another Dentist recommended this group. So my only other advice, be careful with reviews....not always accurate I will recommend this group to others as well.. read more

Interestingly I ran into an old friend who told me of the damage they caused her with an implant They ended up totally ignoring her because they incorrectly performed implant surgery She had a different dentist but our experiences were the same. My son had his wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Roccia who we thought did a good job. However, the staff is another story. As soon as we got there the oop expense was the very first thing they wanted. The receptionist yelled the total for the whole waiting room to hear. When I paid, she loudly informed me and everyone waiting, that I was short on the total(which I wasn't). Ended up friends of ours were in the waiting room. RUDE! Mishap with my secondary insurance. They said to go back to the office, (this was after the surgery) ask if they could run insurance through to see what would be covered. After the girl stared at me through the window she turned her head for someone else to help me. The girl at the desk refused, said they weren't credentialed for that insurance, all the locations accepted it except for McCandless. She was very rude, like she could care less. Nice of them to let people know what they accept and don't accept. I would have gone to another location for the surgery. It should be on their website, but that's generic, like they don't want you to know anything. Won't go back there again! The Dr's can thank their staff for that! Extremely digusted!! read more

Unethical business practices. They charged me for an expensive procedure that I elected not to get. When I refused to pay, they sent it to collections. I had no choice but to pay, to save my credit. I just got 2 teeth pulled by Dr.Marsh. best doctor there! he did an awesome job and his process was very thorough. before- in the waiting room i was upset and nervous, i was called back into the room and got hooked up to the machines, then Dr. Marsh came in. i was still crying and shaken up but he helped me feel a lot better by talking with me and helping me through it. he put in my IV and kept talking to me till i was asleep, soon after i woke up and it was done! better than i thought. I have a 6 year old brother that was in the waiting room that my gramma had to grab the very nice assistant led me out to the car and helped me get in, and stood by the door while my gramma grabbed my brother- then wished me luck and said good job. super nice staff and doctor! i totally recommend coming to this oral surgery office- their process is very well done and thought out! thank you read more

I had broken my tooth to the point where the nerve seemed to be exposed. I also have a deep fear of the dentist. After the pain become unbearable to manage I called NPOS's office and saw Dr. Krebs. Not only was he professional but made sure I was okay. He kept asking me and I had absolutely NO pain (unless you count the injection). I would go back to them in a heart beat. In the process of getting implants; couldn't be happier with my decision to go here. Doctor Roccia and his staff are great, friendly and did a great job at answering all my questions regarding procedure; putting my mind at ease. They are honest. Teeth extraction was quick, implant process was also quick, Doctor Roccia gets you in an out, no waiting around but not making you feel rushed. The office is clean and the location is nice also. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed after avoiding having them removed for several years. My dentist referred me to this practice, and I am so glad that she did! Despite my reservations, I had an incredible experience here! All of the staff were amazing and are clearly informed on trauma-based care practices. The nurses/assistants were so helpful and checked in on me frequently during my consult and while I was waking up from my procedure. Dr. Marsh immediately put my mind at ease both during the consult and for the procedure. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was so incredibly kind. I will always remember the compassion that he showed to me, especially because I am a very anxious person. I can't say enough how much I appreciated Dr. Marsh letting me know that he would tell me before they do anything while I am awake and that they will not surprise me with anything. He always waited for me to acknowledge what he said before proceeding. His approach made sure that I was as comfortable as I could possibly be for oral surgery, and that I didn't panic/"fight" the anesthesia. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care from an oral surgeon, and especially those with trauma histories/other health conditions that may complicate surgery (TMJ/OSA/etc). My 4 year old daughter had an accident on a Sunday morning, split her lip open. I am a dentist, but I still freaked out. I called Dr. Tunder from North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery and he immediately calmed me down and had me bring her to his office, even thought they were closed. He was so good with her (and me), he kept her calm, he made her numb and stitched her lip. She had 8 stitches. He did such a good job not only with her emotionally, but as a surgeon too. Today you cant even see where she had the injury because he took such care in getting it done right. I have known Dr. Tunder for over 20 years. I know his work as well as his character. That is why I send my patients to him for all of their surgical needs. He cares, he is real and he is good. That said, I do want to say, NPOS is a large practice, and all of the surgeons are excellent, anyone you see will treat you right and take good care of you.
