I gave the office a call and was able to set up a same day appointment that afternoon. Everything from the get-go was straightforward and explained to me. Dr. Sigdel put me at ease after I explained to her my concerns and issues and worked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and informed as she went along. The procedure was done without a hitch and my issue was resolved. And kudos for the follow up phone call the next day. Dr. Sigdel and her staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. Long story short, 100% satisfied, would highly recommend for your dental needs, and will hopefully return in future for mine.

However, even though the Whitemarsh location would, this location refused to honor the $29 special as it only applies to patients over 21. 18 is not a pediatric patient so he can't be seen there but they won't honor a special for adults because he's 18? I was given my new teeth still unopened in the bag. Had to wait a week for a fitting and then another week because he would only fix one hot spot at a time. Meanwhile I can't eat. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to act human when after 3 weeks still couldn't eat because he wouldn't fix all the spots that hurt at one time. The quality of the dentures look like they came out of a cracker jack box. Nov. 2022 is when I got these. I have friends with 15 yr old dentures that look better than the crap I got.
