This was possibly the strangest dental experience I've had. I have teeth that struggle, and have…read morebeen to dentists in various states, rural and urban communities. The receptionist here is sweet and patient - she took the time to explain my insurance to me twice, and was careful to make sure I was covered. It was easy to make the appointment. The location doesn't come up correctly - it's besides a Popeyes in a strip mall with a banner for a sign. The lobby is clean and new, though you can hear all the dental machinery from your seat. I went in for a cleaning and for an old crown to get re-cemented. The dentist hardly spoke to me, but the other three people who worked on my teeth were all kind, gentle on my teeth, and seemed to know their jobs well. What left a metaphorical bad taste in my mouth is my bill - three different receipts were printed because none of them had accurate work listed. I left paying $105 on a bill that still doesn't make sense to me. I'm just hoping I don't get a bill later in the mail that I can't defend myself against. Also, no one asked about or suggested x-rays though I haven't had them in over a year. Is that normal? Overall: all staff aside from the dentist are friendly and sweet; you have to know exactly what you need and advocate for yourself here; I would return for a cleaning, but not for any work involving a drill or assessment of something I couldn't self-diagnose.

The office culture can be a little disconcerting, because there are so many assistants moving in and out of your examination or procedure. But, you just need to know going in that this is a training office. And in order to accommodate the walk-in policy, there has to be alot of assistants. The assistants tend to be younger, and this can leave something to be desired in professionalism. Overall though, the service is good and the Dentist has a wide range of capabilites. That combined with broad scheduling, makes it the ideal dental office for super busy people like me.

He explained things easily and took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was informed throughout. I gave the office a call and was able to set up a same day appointment that afternoon. Everything from the get-go was straightforward and explained to me. Dr. Sigdel put me at ease after I explained to her my concerns and issues and worked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and informed as she went along. The procedure was done without a hitch and my issue was resolved. And kudos for the follow up phone call the next day. Dr. Sigdel and her staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. Or a "Thank you, we'll see you again..." With that said, I doubt there is any intention of the staff to be rude. Dr. Padousis as a dentist is very meticulous and will not leave the anything incomplete or unsatisfactory. I enjoyed perfect teeth for many many years after my treatment with Dr. Miller and Associates. In 2018, I very carelessly broke my retainer and had some shifting occur which was bothering me. As fate would have it, I was lead back to the best many years later in 2022. During the pandemic in 2020, I figured we were all wearing masks so who cares if you get Invisalign. No one will see it under the mask anyway I was thinking this would be a good time to correct some issues. I made a huge 6k mistake to let my regular dentist try to improve some minor shifting that occurred. I unfortunately got an Invisalign treatment through my general dentist who is not a certified experienced Orthodontist. It's so temping these days to purchase "Smile direct club" or "Evenly" type service making the process look easy, simple and convenient. That is far from the truth. It is a huge mistake to trust your teeth with just anyone when undergoing Orthodontic treatment. With all the temptations on the market, I urge you- please don't do it. I experienced adverse effects such as gum recession, enamel scratches, staining which I NEVER had in my 40 year old life before getting Invisalign from the wrong person. I always had beautiful teeth before trusting the wrong company. It caused so much damage to my teeth and deformity in appearance and overall health. I thought to seek out my previous orthodontist who did a remarkable job for me as a kid. 25 years later, Dr. Adam, Dr. Miller's son, helped me get my teeth back to normal. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Miller again all these years later and still doing extraordinary work for his patients. It is wonderful to see the time, attention and care that his son takes to his patients carrying on the family legacy. This company is highly skilled in treating and correcting your case.
