I had an exceptional experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team handled all my belongings with great care--everything was properly wrapped and covered to prevent any damage. From Ciro wrapping everything with care it was like a art :). Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. Jose Z had all rooms ready to go up stairs while all this was going on down stairs. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail: before disconnecting or disassembling anything, they checked for potential issues and made sure we was informed and comfortable with the process. We used them twice in the sale of our home in Suwanee: Once to put items in storage for showing/photography, the other to load our belongings into two UPack "Relo-cubes" for our move to CA. Both days went flawlessly, with friendly helpful crews. Rates were fairly quoted, and worth every penny. And to boot-PROMPT! when was the last time you could say that about a service provider? When Jose and Yovani arrived to pack our UPack cubes, we wondered if we'd underestimated how much space we needed. Long story short, I had to have my mother's baby grand piano moved to my house in 10 days (not business days -- 10 days) in the middle of the pandemic. I was very worried about finding someone -- I had quote requests out to several movers we had used in the past and hadn't heard anything. I called Sebastian moving and they responded quickly. They stayed in communication with me until moving day and were EARLY to pick up the piano. The guys were great -- I want to shout out to them Lee the lead guy was very easy to work with and Colter Rudy and Yovanni were all very polite and so great. Thank you Sebastian Moving. The moving crew was excellent. The dealings with the front office was a bit shady. We contracted for a two-man crew. He sent a three man crew and expected to get paid. He charged 3% for using a credit card, which was not revealed in any conversation we had. Otherwise I would have prepared for cash or check, which I don't think he takes checks anyway. He told his crew leader how ungrateful I was for the extra service. A course in public relations would be advantageous for him I believe. read more

The team of guys who moved our belongings arrived on time and worked hard until all was done to our satisfaction. The flat rate we were quoted was exactly what we paid with no hidden fees or pressure to purchase additional "insurance" on the day of the move as the moving company (Two guys and a truck) had wanted us to buy on the move before this one. Danny even made an extra trip after the original move himself to help us get our laundry machines into the house because our laundry room floor was still being finished. Talk about customer service! This was our 3rd move with Sebastian Moving and I cannot say enough great things about them. This was a huge move out of state and Jose, Lee and the crew (Juan, Jose, Pablo, Rob, Daniel, & Issac) were incredible. 100 degree weather and 2 Full trucks. From packing & pickup and carefully wrapping every piece of furniture to driving 6 hours and unpacking into a not so easy house, they smiled the whole time and didn't complain once. Then they had to turn around and drive back 6 hours. They took such great care of our furniture and belongings and everything was perfect. Do not hesitate to hire Sebastian Moving. Total foobar: After contacting the company for an estimate, was told on the phone that they'd do an in person at 11am, Friday (today). During the course of the conversation, said they could also do a virtual inspection, I said "sure". After a few days, no response, so texted back at the number that originally contacted me. Said no virtual estimate, will be there Friday. I responded, OK, must have gotten mixed up. Wednesday I get a text that they want to do a virtual. Re'd the text, "which is it, virtual or in person? was told someone would be here Friday?" No response. Today, Friday, 11am, no show. Texted and asked if we're still on. These guys were great! After a nightmare of a move with a horrible moving company when I moved from NYC to Duluth last July, these guys were like a breath of fresh air. Scheduling was super easy and the cost is super affordable. The movers arrived earlier and they came ready to work. They got busy right away and didn't stop until everything was out of my townhouse. When they took their break for lunch they arrived at the new house when they say they would, and got right back to work. The workers were not working efficiently. I hired two man unloading services for a 16 feet truck. It took them 3.5 hours to unload the stuff that only needed 3 hours from two man to load the truck fully packed, it costed us $550 for unloading and they charged by 15 minutes. The workers are not strong enough as moving helpers. Our stuff are just bed room furnitures plus a desk and small boxes, not happy with their service and will recommend it. read more

Used Sebastian Moving this week to move from my dad's basement and a 10x10 storage unit in Dacula to our new home in Doraville. Danny, Jamane, and Shaun were pleasant, professional, and VERY efficient. They called to let us know they would be about 15 min late to arrive, but once they did arrive, they got straight to work. We have a lot of stuff, and figured this move (including the drive from Dacula to Doraville) would probably take 6 hours. They did it in 4 hours with no damage to any of our items or new home! I hired Sebastian Moving Atlanta for a simple easy move on or before January 6, 2020 to move my belongings to Dunwoody, Georgia from Lawrenceville, Georgia on January 17, 2020. On January 16, 2020 they called me around 3:00 pm just 17 hours before my scheduled move and canceled stated that the move they were supposed to do that day would be delayed until January 17, 2020 and since that move involved all of their trucks which is three that move was much more important than my one truck move. Danny, DJI and Stephan were fabulous!! They packed our truck like a puzzle. You could barely get a piece of paper between our items. Proof? Our Penske truck broke down and we had to be towed. Our truck is on an angle with the wrecker. We opened the truck after driving from Georgia to Wisconsin and nothing had moved!! Can't say enough about this company. The are professional. I am 63 years old and moved lots of times. This moving company was the best ever! Easy to do logistics and moving schedules. They were on time, the price was reasonable and workers were great. They worked non-stop and did not stop for any breaks except lunch. I moved from one city to another. Their timing was right on target, not missing a beat. I would highly recommend this company.
