When I called, I was able to get a next day appointment. I went in today for my first ever root canal, and I can't say enough about how smooth the whole process was. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants Jocelyn, Lisa, and Elaine to Dr. Nobel were all so helpful and friendly. Dr. Nobel and Jocelyn explained what they were doing throughout the whole procedure, which put my mind at ease. If I ever need another procedure that requires an endodontist, I'll definitely choose NSB Endo again!

My cousin Dr. Peter Morgan was able to get me an appointment with Dr. Yuri Shamritsky ,a partner at NORTH SHORE & BROOKLINE Endodontics. From the moment I walked into their office until I left I was so impressed with everyone, their kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Yuri with the help of his assistant Toni is an artist. His deft hands with the dental tools and incredible precision made this procedure pleasurable. I felt the entire time I was in the dental chair relaxed and at peace. The appointment did not include a cleaning, which was not specified in the pre-appointment communication. I had told them that I just had x-rays from my previous dentist and did not need them (since I do not currently have dental insurance, cost is important to me) but they did not listen and gave me x-rays anyways. The dentist was rather aggressive in discussing an unrelated medical issue (which I already am managing with my PCP) and pushing some very expensive dental work. Got 3 shots in my mouth and felt nothing. They gave me noise cancelling headphones and the music of my choice. They have an X-ray machine you stand behind and it takes 3D images of your mouth. So I started going to Dr Frasca for all the wrong reasons. Dr Peter (Frasca) fixed my tooth, I started to go there, and have been going ever since. That was in 2005. Since then, my husband and 2 kids have been going there. My brother and his wife and kids, and my parents all go to the 2 Dr Frasca's. Most recently, Dr Sydney had to put in a crown into my very last tooth on the bottom. She explained that it had to feel perfect because that particular tooth does a lot of the work of the chewing. Well, it does fit perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Today I had a very brief visit (10 minutes) because I got a very tiny chip on the tooth next to one of my front teeth and she was able to fix it and make it invisible. Yes, she is a magician too. My kids even like going there! Highly recommend them, and their full staff. All their dental assistants, hygienists, and admin staff. Seems everyone has been there 10 or 15 or 19 years. And why not. It's a great place. We are very lucky to have found them.

The first thing I noticed was how quiet , clean and how pleasant and helpful the office staff was. I was given a lovely young dentist and realized it was a young lady my son graduated high school with. Now if I will let a"kid" work on me , you must realize I was confident with Dr Dawna. Last hear I broke a tooth while visiting family and was recommended to Dr. Meaney from a close friend. I called and explained that I was from out of town and the squeezed me in to their already busy schedule. The office personnel and the hygienist were incredibly efficient and friendly. My dentist in Myrtle Beach said my tooth needed to be pulled but Dr Meany printed me a crown and popped it right in. At that moment I said "This is my new dentist!" Next is even more incredible... I scheduled a cleaning appointment for March so that J could visit my aging mother for her birthday and get the cleaning done at the same time. They did the cleaning but the capped tooth that I had was broken on one side... He removed it, fixed it by grinding it down and doing another full crown and while I waited he prepared the other side of my mouth for a dental implant which I never thought I would be able to get done. I have to return in June to get the actual tooth implant inserted. I'm beyond ecstatic about this. Most dentists would have set me for at least another appointment. He killed two birds with one stone and did what another dentist told me couldn't be done! I highly recommend Dr. Meany to care for you and your family's dental healthcare!
