Today was my first time at Paradise dental. I moved from out of state and had to find a new dentist. I was pretty blown away by the thoughtfulness of the entire practice. From the moment I walked in, I was given a tour of the space, a welcome gift bag, and was asked if I wanted a water, a neck pillow, or a blanket for my visit. I moved from Chicago and this was by far my best experience at a dental office and they are not lacking in Chicago! The cleaning and the thoroughness of checking every tooth. The advanced equipment and the way they explained everything was just truly outstanding. I'll be back and I'm having my husband switch dentists, 10/10. read more

1 star. I was very upfront when booking the appointment that there was a strong chance I would need to cancel, and they still decided to charge me a $125 cancellation fee anyway. Absolutely unacceptable. The dentist himself was nice enough, but he did seem pretty young/inexperienced. Overall this left a terrible impression and I definitely won't be returning. read more

I've been a patient for a few years. The entire staff, from the front desk/billing team to the dental staff, is very friendly, helpful and professional. I currently live out of state but return to Salem for my dental care. I am a very anxious dental patient. My recent visit included a cleaning by Marla, who was so caring and calming. After the cleaning, she prepped me for a cavity filling. While waiting for the dentist, she came in and checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. Was given a tour of the office and got to see their state of the art equipment, some work can be done right in office and doesn't have to be sent out, a plus in my book. They did a vet thorough exam and advised on some work that should be done. Had a great cleaning. I found their prices reasonable about the same as my last dentist. I love Katie and Dr. Agropolis. In the past, dental work has been painful and emotionally draining for me, and I have had to have a lot of work done due to a genetic condition. It's the fanciest dentist I have ever been to. I really like the moisturizing heated hand treatment they offer while you're getting your teeth cleaned. They have lots of other little extras that make this place stand out above the rest. The cleaning and exam were pretty typical, but no complaints. I'm always wary of getting advice to replace fillings when they aren't bothering me, but that didn't happen. read more
