As a longtime CU member physically sitting IN the lobby while holding a large check, I was ready to open yet another new account. I was patient for the first 20 mins, but then got more & more annoyed that Freddy was still on the SAME phone call with the same member for over 35 minutes! He could have put the call on hold or called back to show some courtesy to the members like us that actually took the time out of our day to visit the branch in person. We finally just walked out the door without any service, I thought Align had more respect for their members and this was beyond disappointing.

I've had nothing but problems doing business now. The current tellers treat you as if anything you're trying to do is fraudulent. I understand that banks need to use caution. But there's such a thing as common sense and looking at the history of accounts. Thankfully, there are many other banks to choose from.
