When I told Cynthia that this is the most outrageous form of "costumer service" I have ever encountered her response was "Good, go somewhere else". While I am of Middle Eastern descent and just finished a run-- that does not imply that I do not deserve service. I am a well educated, successful, respectful and well spoken contributor to society. I only found out because I was speaking to Social Security snd they found the bank's error. I contacted the bank. A person that had written a letter to my brother about my passing, with inaccurate information on what they did with some benefit monies, could not even bother to contact me and to offer an apology. He relayed a message through someone for me to fix the problem by calling Social Security. They found the problem the bank had created. This man is VP Director of Customer Experience. I would say this was a significant failure in his job.

I…read morewent in to exchange a bunch of 20's for 10's and this bank was near a store I was going to anyway so I went in here. It was empty and the two tellers offered assistance right away. When I started counting out the 20's the woman asked if I had an account with them and I said no. They told me they only make change for account holders and would not help me. I have exchanged money for different denominations at many banks and NEVER have been refused if I was not an account holder. Will never go here again or use their ATM either since they get a fee from me for doing it.
