We had the spicey tuna wontons, a great choice for appetizers, delicious. We had the wagyu hamburger and island po boy. Two very good sandwiches. The sidewinder fries with beer batter is outstanding. I came in bymyself and I had a huge table. Looking at the menu I was able to choose from a wide range of wines and liquor options. I met a friend at the Beach House for lunch and it was outstanding for the time I walked in to walking out. Pamela was our waitstaff and she was friendly, easy going and helpful. As I sat down the hostess approached me with paper and pen for contact tracing which is the first time I have been asked for my info since March. Then she asked if I would like a paper menu or scan my phone for the menu, and again a first since March. We had an amazing dinner here out last night on the island. Our only regret is that we didn't find this place sooner so we could have gone back! We had an amazing dinner with a beautiful view at sunset. My husband had the ribeye and it was honestly the best steak either of us have ever had. 3 stars because our server was phenomenal, but the drinks and the food were just "good" and extremely overpriced. Seriously, $16 for a shrimp cocktail with 4 shrimp??? I can go to Foodland or Safeway and get a 20 pc shrimp cocktail for that price or cheaper. The ginger edamame was decent, but insanely expensive for edamame. We had a great lunch there today with a picky 11-year old and a difficult 14-year old. The food is superb, those french fries are the best thing I have ever eaten.
