Had a great experience for something that I was worried about going to. the front desk had Ashley and her team were very kind and patient my wait was quick. I had my echocardiogram test done it went very smoothly the attendant doing the test was very respectful of me being a woman and very empathetic to my comfort with the treadmill I had to use. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of procedures or testing done. the office is very clean and they took my insurance. they seem to take most all insurances and they have great bedside manner they also are sending me my test results in the mail as requested. My experience with Dr. Edward Rutkovsky was so astonishingly bad that I feel obligated to warn every potential patient before they walk into his office. His staff called ME and told me I needed to come in for a blood pressure follow-up. I rearranged my day, arrived on time, and then sat there for over an hour while Dr. Rutkovsky was nowhere to be found. No update, no courtesy, no apology -- nothing. When he finally decided to show up, he gave me under three minutes. Three minutes. After making me wait an hour. For a medically serious situation that is actively impacting my daily life. But the part that truly floored me -- the part that still has me shaking my head -- was hearing a cardiologist in 2025 tell me he "doesn't think POTS is real." Read that again. A heart doctor, in the year 2025, claimed that POTS -- a condition recognized by every major medical institution in the world -- isn't real. This is a condition validated by: * The American Heart Association * NIH * Cleveland Clinic * Mayo Clinic * Johns Hopkins * Stanford Medicine * Vanderbilt Autonomic Center * And literally decades of peer-reviewed research For a cardiologist to deny the existence of a thoroughly documented autonomic disorder is beyond outdated -- it's reckless. It signals a terrifying lack of continued education. It also explains exactly why he provided zero guidance, zero referrals, zero effort, and frankly zero care. He admitted he doesn't know much about dysautonomia but still didn't point me toward a single specialist. Not a name. Not a phone number. Not even, "You should see someone else." Just dismissal and confusion. My symptoms are severe. They are life-altering. And I walked out feeling ignored, belittled, and genuinely concerned for any patient who relies on him for anything beyond routine blood pressure readings. And honestly? After this experience, it's no surprise his Google rating is a 2.7 out of 5. It's painfully clear I'm not the only patient who's been treated with this level of disregard. My only concern with this office is the lack of Patient confidentialliy, You can over hear conversations to patients on the phone in regards to results, the Loud and unprofessional talk between office management and staff. The office in very non compliant with HIPAA, Patients vital information, from demographics, results, social security numbers and financial information not being shredded to insure patient privacy as per state law. This severe lack of Patient's very private and crucial information is a serious violation to the practice. All the Doctors are professional, caring and passionate. The Doctors need to address this very serious and concerning issue regarding the shredding of patient information and not allow it to be tossed in the trash. read more
