Both times were had our own room for 2 nights, the 2nd time we opted for only 1 night since we were experienced parents. I remember the first time, the staff would teach you how to properly hold, swaddle, and change a baby. And if you were too scared which we were they'll do it as many times for you until you felt comfortable. I dont plan to have a 3rd child, but if I did, this would definitely be the hospital to go to without a doubt. Great care overall.

The medical office is in excellent condition, but a face lift that offers a welcoming environment, with modernized lighting would be an added pleasure to the waiting room. Meanwhile, the staff is friendly and very accommodating for waiting patients. Marius Leon Pessah, MD is my primary physician at this location. I have been incredibly pleased with my experiences with the doctor. He treats you with professionalism and care. Although the doctor does have a busy practice, I have been always able to schedule an appointment easily and I have received a response to any questions often the same day that I had called. I have consulted with other doctors in my life, and I am fortunate to find a MD that is knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Marius Leon Pessah, MD This a doctor that makes an investment in the health and well-being of his patients. Great call back system, "leave your number and we will call you back ASAP". I called 4X w/o a call back. MY (EX) primary refused to refill some RX w/o seeing me for a few months. She is 100% correct. The only problem is she is not available for 2 plus months! So I left he a message that I can't get an appointment can she step in and advise as to what I should do. OF course, no call back except from my pharmacy who received a call that I need to make an appointment. I called again and was advised that my Dr. is not available. SOLUTION is to get rid of every prohealth Dr. I see and switch to a new group.

I came here due to a change in my medical insurance and from a referral from a friend and have not regretted it. Whether you have a standing appointment or need to come in for immediate care, you will be accommodated and well taken care of. Dr. Kobren and the group here are part of NYU Langone Medical and they are well equipped to handle your PCP needs. They also do great with cardiac care. Their equipment is top notch and most of the testing you need for basic, non-emergency care can be handled right on the building. They share the floor with dentists Drs. Lawrence Kobren and Michael Greenbaum and the shared waiting area has been completely renovated and remodeled not too long ago. It is very attractive and clean and can accommodate plenty of patients. You can also watch a little TV to make your wait time pass a little quicker and more enjoyably.

Expect to spend at least two hours here for something that should take a fraction of the time. On top of that, they threatened to charge me if I didn't agree to take a test. I finally agreed, only for them to come back and say "forget it" because the test wouldn't even be valid by my next appointment. So what happened to that charge?! Completely disorganized and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I've noticed that all of my appointments as well as most of my significant other's appointments have been with the Nurse Practitioner . I am really considering finding a new cardiologist who hires staff that don't appear to be combative in email responses and who are also willing to right their wrongs .
