Fast forward to the day before they were scheduled to come out and actually do the job, and I still had no quote to remove the plywood despite having followed up a couple of days prior via phone asking about the quote. We got a quote which was reasonable for the elaborate cleaning process that would be used to clean the carpet and we chose to bring in the carpet and then have it delivered once cleaned. Magarian delivered a beautiful clean carpet and offered to cut the fringes to a more manageable length, which turned out to be a great suggestion. Today Marcus and the Magarian crew came to deliver the carpets and every recommendation and choice we made turned out to be even better than we could have hoped for. The installation crew was polite, professional, friendly, respectful of our floors, and they clearly know what they are doing. In short order they brought in the carpets, laid out the padding, and placed the carpets with great precision where we wanted them. The workmanship of the team that cut the carpets to size and bound the edges is outstanding. Even the carpet with patterns was cut so all sides are even and match perfectly. And you could tell that everyone takes pride in what they do and they want the customer to be not just satisfied, but happy with their purchase and choice of carpets.
