I called them because 2 years a go they put all new…read morepipes in for my outside water faucets and a week ago one of the pipes burst causing my basement to flood. they accuse me of leaving my garden hose attached to the spicket over winter which was not true. I have expandable hoses which must be brought in every winter so I got a bill cause they would not do it under warranty. They also had no proof that i left my hose attached. thet only assumed.
