I've been coming for the past couple of years for annual check ups. The experience can sometimes feel like an assembly line where they want you out as quickly as they get you in. A NP had a student shadowing her that day and didn't even bother to ask if it was okay for her to come in during my visit. She struggled to login on the computer as I had to point of the capitalization lock was on. As she was placing an order for a prescription, she couldn't seem to remember how to spell the medication. She then proceeds to drop the sample she obtained without any gloves. However, my most recent visit was the best I ever had with a different Dr from my usual. She was professional, personable and kind. She thoroughly explained what she was doing and why while ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. This place is nice and clean but there are pros and cons. Pros: Almost every doctor I met was super nice especially Dr. Nathan and Dr. Coffey. They are knowledgeable in their areas and willing to listen The ultrasound ladies are sweethearts and willing to squeeze u even if u miss an appointment due to crazy traffic Cons: Not many late appointment and only the midwife has appointments at 4 she's nice but she over reacts and doesn't listen as well. One of the best OB-Gyn I've ever been to. I see Dr. Gelinas and she always makes you feel completely comfortable. She's the nicest doctor I think I've ever had. I'm definitely sticking around with her. read more

Charged for tests they didnt perform, minimized my concerns about it, rude, and unprofessional. Other than that, they may be ok.

Ive been going here for years. Awesome place for women to get checkups. It is super professional and clean. Ive never had a bad experience, granted some things are a bit uncomfortable when dealing with your taco, but this place is definitely worth sticking to if you can get in. I moved kind of far away, but I will make an appointment rather than going somewhere else. All the doctors are professional and nice people. I prefer the female doctor because Im shy, but you have to make an appointment well in advance for her. I also recommend if you go on a waiting list be prepared for them to never contact you. That is the only flaw with this place. read more
