It may or may not have actually been true (I never saw the invoice) but, either way, I definitely didn't ask for such a thing. Once the $130 belt was installed and Patrick left, I tried to use the mower. The belt immediately disengaged and broke a spring in the process. That was 2 weeks ago. Over the past 2 weeks Patrick has promised to come by and work on it no fewer than 6 times. He was a no-show each time. When I confronted him he says he can no longer 'service my area.' Call me crazy, but that doesn't seem like it's an option after you just broke someone's $2500 ride on. Wholly suggest you steer clear of these guys.
