My refrigerator was having temperature issues, so I called WSH to come take a look. They came and told me I need a temperature gauge. We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible! read more

I was very pleased with the service provided by WSH Appliance. Their price for the service call was cheaper than going thru Maytag directly. The Technician Rob D was very professional and courteous. I am an inquisitive type and was sort of looking over his shoulder. He was very knowledgeable and explained the steps he was doing and why. The initial reason why I went with WSH was the Yelp reviews. I like it when I see the company monitoring their reviews. I got back from vacation and my refrigerator was making a horrible noise and I was afraid I needed to completely replace it. Do not receive service from Bill the owner! I don't know how the others are, but I won't have Bill back and I won't support his business. From the first call, my Hannan said he sounded like he had an attitude. I asked him to move his truck when he arrived so a neighbor could get it and he rudely questioned why he had to do that. Upon entering and diagnosing he was ok but damn rude when I asked him to give 2 more seconds to open up the washer front again so I could see that there was no oil leak before I signed his service report acknowledging that he directly reported what he had done. He would add a sentence to his report stating he only viewed the machine from the front panel, so refused to sign his report. He left in a huff and when I called Speed Queen later he never reported in to them or sent the pictures of my destroyed clothing. Here we come Better Business Bureau, he should not own a company. I called his customer service and it was him answering the call to leave a message. No live person picked up his business phone or our customer service line. So quick and easy!! I called WSH Appliance Service this morning because my electric dryer was squeaking loudly. They sent Jay out this afternoon. Jay was very courteous and communicated everything to me -- "is this ok" and so forth, whenever there was a decision to be made. He also put a slider mat under the dryer to protect my floors while he worked. Perfect! Now my dryer is running beautifully again. Thank you so much!! read more

Hassle Free. Diagnosed my issue in a short amount of time. They had to order the parts, but said I could still use the dryer until they came in. Once the parts were in the same gentlemen came back to replace them. Cost was expected with no hidden fees. The gentlemen was courteous and communicated everything to me. i called and set up appointment was tiold there wass 125.00 fee tio come out they came out with the wrong part and i had to pay the 125.00 and was told thety would call me when part came in turns out they could not get the part so i got no service and stull had to pay the 125.00 this is the second time i have been rip off by these people shame on me but i thought i would give them a second chance will never recommd them to anybody read more

I purchased a new washing machine which, unfortunately, did not work. Customer service scheduled WSH Appliance Service to come check it out. Customer Service said they could not get them out until Friday which was 2 days away. WSH called shortly after to verify the appointment and asked if I needed them sooner, which I did since I was off Thursday and back to work on Friday. They easily changed appt. to Thursday AM. The Tech was right on schedule called about 20 mins prior to let me know when to expect him. Was friendly and respectful. Found out what the problem was, left me with a list of parts that were needed to repair it, which gave me the info I needed to then call Cust Service again and demand a new washing machine, since brand new appliances should not need new parts. I will be calling WSH if I am in need of appliance repair. read more

We needed service on our fridge and Lowes had arranged for WSH Appliance to come out to perform the work. They were very easy to schedule, arrived on time and were friendly and respectful of our home. The repair was made and our fridge is back up and running perfectly. WSH responded promptly, friendly on phone and in person, respectful of my property etc. More importantly - they fixed it. I had one other company say "too complicated a machine, don't have time to research", another took a deposit to order a part that may or may not actually exist. WSH responded promptly. They took their time assessing, and told me exactly what they were doing, what they thought it might me. They greased what need to be greased (which it turns out was all that was needed), and everything is still running smoothly months later. Thanks! read more

I am very happy with the services provided by WSH. I wish every vendor I dealt with was this organized, courteous, and passionate about their jobs. My brand new fridge from a big box store was making a lot of noise. Casey replaced the fan and a few other parts including a wheel at the bottom that was broken. Now the loud noise has stopped.
