The food is very good and the service has always been very good. The opportunity for improvement is the live music. Have been in there twice when live music was being setup but have only heard maybe three songs. The first one would sing a song and sit down. The one tonight has spent about 30+ minutes setting up, vaping in house and doing at least 15 mic checks. (Yes I have years of experience setting up sound systems from scratch - so I am critical to how long it is taking to get to singing - why we came here). Tried to eat here for lunch today, could not get anyone to come take my order for 15min. Sign said ring the bell to order are short on wait staff. Well there was no bell, so just had to leave. Sad I really wanted to try this local pizza place. read more

If you like Torchys, you'll like this place for pizza. The menu lets you pick quit a few things that give you lots of toppings. There is a market for this, it's not a bad thing. The crust was bad, but cooked very well. That makes a difference. A place recently closed in Celina - not sure why everyone loved it - their pizza was always undercooked. I'll share a pic to show how our 2 "wet" pizzas held up perfectly. Crust cooked well though it tastes like nothing lol. We ordered the Phoebe & the brisket pizza. I'm glad we didn't try any traditional style because the crust would have ruined it. Their combos are nice. So if you live in Gunter this place is great to have close by. If you're in Celina please come try it. Or even stop by if you're headed up towards Grayson. If they can steal away Millie's recipe, they'll do amazing for fusion combos they have lol. If you are used to cooking your own food & making your own, you might not like it. But again, it's close & fills the spot for "pizza with a lot of stuff". Nothing was old, hard, dried out, etc - none of the negative things we had at the poor Celina place no longer in existence. If this place was in Celina, I'd happily put them into rotation for the jobsite. Happy we came here today. read more

The food here is great, but I wish I could rate the experience higher. I arrived at 7:04 and ordered one Italian sub. The girl at the front seemed uninterested and lacked basic social skills, responding to everything I said with just, "Kay." After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to check on my order and overheard the kitchen staff saying that no one had started making the Italian subs. So after all that time, no one had even begun preparing my food. While waiting, I was stuck in a side room with the kids of the woman who runs the bar, watching TikToks on full blast. To top it off, I could hear the kitchen staff mocking me and joking about "Ellie's" food. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most unnecessarily negative experience I've ever had at a restaurant. read more

Waiting for my daughters at Softball practice, I decided to look for something to eat and found Nort said Pie, I ordered a personal pizza and was incredibly fascinated with the flavor and how well portioned it was, the wonderful service, super friendly and super fast . Wife and I got to be part of the reopening with Chef Joey Dawkins making the menu. Folks, if you know this man, you know he has a knack for getting food right with layers of flavor. But honestly, this place should be called NorthSide Sandwiches because they are different and dare I say better than his other concoctions in Celina, and it's the BREAD. But no it's the garlic aioli on the ham and cheese. No wait it's an all new Italian sandwich. Have mercy! Truffle Shuffle and Show Me the Meats were my favorite pizzas. Food is great, try the wings as well as the sandwiches. The owners are great as well!

The website to order on is useless. Me and my girlfriend had to try several times to order our pizzas because the orders kept resetting. When we went to pick up the pizzas, they were both wrong. Finally, the pizzas were tiny and lazily tossed together. At least the pizzas tasted okay, even though they got both of our orders wrong. read more

It's about the quality of the ingredients. Amazing quality for the price. The crust is thin but substantial enough to hold the generous amount of delicious toppings - unlike some of the popular wood fired pizza places. The mushroom mix is especially tasty.
