Cesar was very helpful and polite. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to it. It was $200 cheaper than the one I have originally bought it from Home Depot.(Home Depot sent me the wrong door,smh) Door Clearance Center has some beautiful doors. Some of the doors are highly impressive. (Will share photos) The prices seem to be very reasonable as well. I paid and my contractor will go pick it up and install it.

After multiple delays from their many mistakes, we found out that our install crew was fired for messing up other jobs. I wonder if Truwin fixed their work on those other jobs or left them hanging like they did us? Why I am writing this review today is that we were promised a reduction in noise. We were promised reduced electric bills. We have seen no change. We even paid extra money for a more insulated window in the nursery which we did not receive. They even used silicone caulk on the exterior which apparently, they are not supposed to do. They cut corners and did shotty work. We have brought this to their attention only to be met with excuses. Where is the guarantee that Tom gave us before signing the contract to take care of his customers? They provided no extra insulation, did bare minimum with the install and are making excuses when this is brought to their attention. We have been more than patient. We have spent money out of our pocket hiring painters to fix their mistakes, with no reimbursement on their end. The front exterior has not been fixed and that will be more money we have to spend out of pocket to fix their horrible work. Do yourself a favor, run from this company. They are filled with empty promises, deliver a subpar product, use unqualified subcontractors, and make excuses when held accountable. What must give for Truwin to deliver on their promise of customer service and doing the job correctly? We are currently speaking to an attorney to get resolution. This has been by far the worst company we have ever encountered from any industry. We paid for a certain product, and they did not deliver. Worse they made excuses. Do better Truwin.

I got my doors done in January by Lee and his crew, he did an amazing job!! (They did not do paint…read morejob/so pics are prior to paint job) Since we had just moved in, we were on a budget, he helped turn our dining room into a functional office. This room is right off the front entryway so it was super important to get it right, as well as not take away from the entry and it still has a feeling of being a part of the home originally. They install the doors in one day as well as all the glass inserts. The doors I chose were not brand new they were unused from a prior job (Lee has a HUGE inventory of new, refurbished, and used windows and doors- he is also able to cut doors to size on site). Lee and his team were timely, respectful and listen to all of my wants and needs to make this new office an optimal use of space and functionality. The Doors I chose were 24 inches wide, with a transom on either side as well as above. The original opening was 84 inches wide and 104 inches high. The doors both swing open(inward)and the left door can lock in place, the right door is fully functional and can be locked from the inside. Very pleased with the finished product and I will be going back for any other home remodels

Rufus took several hours walking and assessing our property, then explaining to us what each tree needed to thrive. The very next day his crew arrived at 8am with 8+ workers with all the right (and large!) equipment, handling our property with impressive efficiency. They completed everything in just a few hours with coordination and professionalism - almost like watching a dance performance. What really stood out was the result: our trees look healthier, stronger, and genuinely revitalized. our 40+ loblolly pines were saved, our oaks were perfectly pruned and the large decorative tree by our front road and driveway got exceptional care making it a great tree to welcome folks (it was kinda scary looking before). Not a single tree had to be removed. Rufus (the owner) was exceptional - experienced, knowledgeable, clearly passionate. He is personable and easy to approach. You can tell he has seen it all (not his first rodeo by any stretch of the imagination). He cares about doing the job right. The pricing was very reasonable especially considering all that was involved. Cleanup was perfect - nothing left on the ground. They even removed large stumps that a previous tree company left that we've had to deal with mowing around for years. This was the best tree service experience we've had - and we've had a few before that were only mediocre. We just couldn't be happier with Rufus and his team.
