This is by far the best dispensary within 100 mi radius of Swansea massachusetts. The one in Somerset sucks. Their prices are good and their selection is excellent. And the customer service is very good from most of the employees. In particular Kyle I believe his name is, excellent customer service and others could take a lesson. read more

TERRIBLE dispensary who false advertises and rips people off! Sold a strain called "Bio-Jesus" which was supposedly over 26% THC (was not) and then Bio-Jesus popcorn nugs (for the same price oddly enough?) with a lower THC count. Even though I bought the regular bio-jesus and not the popcorns they still put the popcorn nugs in the regular bio-jesus packaging. I happen to be a Ca grower so I am new newbie to medical marijuana. The strain they had was nowhere near 26% THC and in fact didn't even get me high. Tried to call and this place doesn't answer the phone. This place is a big waste of money! read more

This was my first time since changing to "Sunnyside" is was HHH (Hope, health, heal.) Well, I usually head to Curaleaf in Cambridge MA but at 1.5 hrs away, Sunnyside is so much more convenient, 10 mins from my house. Big difference. The bud tenders named "Tyler" and the check in was amazing. Helped me beyond expectations . Also "Bree" the bud tender that cashed me out was just as pleasant. The product for the "Fernway" vapes Are my new best friend. They wicked help my nausea after years of trying different meds to combat it. I find only vapes work, not flower. Bree unbeknownst to myself gave me a free pen for the "Fernway" Carts. Just by her NOT telling me about it gave me a good feeling that they don't need credit for all they do extra for us patients. I will be back and recommend Sunnyside To all. I give them a 5 star and I could have gone higher, I would have. Thank you and PLEASE stay an all medical clinic. It means the world to us medical patients. This place is beautiful and immaculate. Great product, prices and ask about their specials. So I am a regular at sunnyside. Probably about 1 a week. Yesterday 12/20 I went in and purchased 3 items, 124 dollars. One item was a vape cartridge. I opened it up and it was leaking out of the bottom. I went back today with receipt and packaging and explained the situation and that I needed to exchange. I was told that I had to send an email and picture to Chicago and fingers crossed I get a response. Like what? You sold me a product that is garbage and I can't use and you won't exchange it. I went in to buy a vape cartridge. I have been buying vapes for over a year. I got home opened it up and noticed the box was not sealed appropriately. There was no tamper proof seal on it. The cartridge was way below what it should be. (picture below). I went back immediately and ask to speak with the manager. She quickly looked at the cartridge and told me that it's normal to have a "little air". This was nit even close to any other vape i bought. So, I am actually feeling so good right now what better time to REVIEW this. I am very chatty & euphoric right now. I have to say that I had gone through one of my " I'm going to quit smoking & hitting the pen kick" why YOU ask? I don't know. Either way it turns out to be the dumbest decision I've ever made ( besides marriage). I have been suffering headaches & nausea &,insomnia since I stopped smoking , thinking I'm sick. I may be but all I know is I raced there after doing all my mom stuff @ almost 8pm- I literally ran in and went straight up to the counter with a bubbly, beautiful person named Teegan( I hope it's spelled right)& I told her how I've been feeling, how much I wanted to spend & I put it in her hands. She came back with what she called her best strain, premium SLUMBER a.k.a Deep Sleep, I smoked very little since I hadn't done it in a while. I have relaxed, my migraine is gone & my nausea. I don't feel edgy anymore. I think it's got to be the best one I've had. This review is meant for Teegan as well as the weed. I feel that when you are nice & do a great job you deserve to be recognized. Nowadays it's less of the excellent customer service, therefore more complaints. I am a medical patient. In August I went to Sunnyside for the second time. The first time I had a little issue with some of the buds that seemed a bit fungi, but I left it at that and didn't complain. this second time, I bought over $400 of products and one of them being a cartridge. Well when I went to use the cartridge, it didn't work. I tried several batteries that I have and nothing. I took it back and they tested it and said it was fine and that it was probably my battery. I said fine and went home. I bought a new battery and nothing. So instead of going personally I called to see if we can solve this. The associate called the supervisor who told me that they can't do anything about it bc the purchase was from August. I never used it! I am so upset, that was $50 something and they said that nothing could be done. Very poor customer service and when I insisted something be done, she hung up on me! How's that for polite customer service?! I hope you have better luck and pray you don't get a defected product bc they will give a hard time. I know I'm never going back. read more
