Specifically, Brett who seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with me from the moment we first spoke on the phone. One of his responses to my inquiry about shipping the truck was unhelpful, as he mentioned that the paperwork would be 'tedious,' which seemed like an excuse not to work with me. If Kressley's is unable or unwilling to sell vehicles to out-of-state buyers or have selective sales practices this should be transparently advertised and communicated to potential clients from outset or on their website. But quite frankly what's left a lasting impression on me is not the failed transaction, but the utter disregard and disrespect shown by Brett is what's most bothersome. His unprofessional demeanor and lack of courtesy have left a sour taste. To put this into perspective, I have talked to multiple dealerships all over the east coast from "mom & pop" dealers to big franchises over the last few weeks looking for a specific truck or truck of interest and Kressley's has been the most unprofessional & disinterested people I have spoke to yet! What an overwhelming negative experience. As someone who owns two small businesses, I understand the importance of treating potential clients with respect and professionalism. It took 3 Months to the day to get my car back from the Lincoln dealer because the warranty company had them rip the transmission apart to prove what the problem was then ordered a cheap transmission from I don't know where to have the Lincoln guys install. Insult to injury was I still had to pay just under 800.00 out of pocket I only had a 100.00 deductible so not sure where the other 700.00 came from. On top of that I have the car back for one day and I see the paint peeling from around the back window as if it was a cheap paint job gone wrong. Don't walk away from this car lot RUN!

Tony is a very nice guy and is honest about what he has. He is not going to sell you a car that he knows will break down on your way home. I purchased a BMW 335xi and it's a great car but it's still a BMW and has the same problems that all BMWs have. I knew this going in because I did my research. That being said, Tony up front told me all the things that were done to the car, all the service it had, all the things that could go wrong later. He also gave me a great deal on the car I traded in because it wasn't crap. I would come here again, it was a quick and easy experience and I'm happy to have spent my time and money here.

I don't live in this area but am up here for an event and I needed my car inspected. So I called this dealership, the receptionist was nice and they were able to accommodate my needs. My appointment was at 3pm and we showed around 2:30. They took my car to inspect it right away. It's now 3:30 and I go out to find out what the hold up is and the man behind the counter says I'm sorry your car failed inspection. What???! It's a year old, what's wrong? Oh you need new windshield wipers. I thought oh that sounds like some bs considering I just drove 2hrs in the rain to come up here yesterday and my wipers worked fine. He then begins to quote $88 for new ones. I said they probably just need cleaned maybe debris is the issues. He said oh no they are torn. $88 for new windshield wipers are you out of your f**king mind!!! I said give me the keys I'll run over to the auto parts store and get them replaced for under $30. He said oh well do you just want me to put the stickers on it for you then? Yep! Another 15mins goes by. What is taking so long? Oh he has to put the info into the computer. This place is a total scam! I get the car back and there are old rain drops on my windshield from the drive up which tells me he never bothered to even check them. I get out and inspect the wipers and there is no cuts and the windshield is perfectly clean. The lobby has old furniture that is stained and filthy. The roof has leaked and there are water stained ceiling tiles in combo with missing tiles. Then the true WTF is the dirty bathroom where the toilet actually rocks. Does any of this sound like a place where you want to do business? Yeah me neither.
