This was the reason I chose this office. I took time off work and made arrangements because I was concerned about my dental health and wanted to be seen promptly. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I was contacted and told the $79 promotion would not be honored and that I would need to pay around $330 instead. This was never disclosed when I scheduled. Because of this last-minute change, I lost work time and experienced a delay in getting care while dealing with dental pain. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this office based on how this was handled.

I was reading great reviews, and it was great. An appointment was made for a few weeks from now. I had called and told them that I can only see one of the dentists who is in my insurance and network. I had an issue with one of my teeth and called to see if I could get in any earlier. I came to find that the doctor I was scheduled with was not on the website anymore. I asked the person on the phone, and they were very confused about who I was talking to. I come to find that they just started. I understand that they are new, but as a business, would it be good to let them know that there were three doctors there and have left recently? Also, really, you can not call your patients and let them know that their doctor has moved to another location. I would have gone out there and then realized that and had to leave, and it's a long drive for me. It was not right not to inform them participants of a huge change like that, and on top I even have in my file that I can only see one as of my assurances. So I have found the doctor that I wanted to see and can now get in even earlier, so that is a plus, but really, please inform your customers before the day of the appointment of a huge change like that.

First, our initial cleaning was in an "open concept" area where it was difficult to…read morehear anything that the dentist or dental assistant were saying, and was a rather chaotic environment-- not calming whatsoever. Second, while I understand most children love screens, it seems they would rather the children zone out on screens from the moment they arrive rather than actually engage with them. The waiting room is VERY loud and there are three devices with games on them that children sit and play at top volume, and for any child that is nervous, the waiting room is anything but calming. Plus, during our dental procedures, the assistant kept watching the movie that was playing, in addition to remarking "I'm soooo tired". Additionally, they were touted as having a dog that visits the children, and we had only one siting of this mysterious dog.
