I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

I didn't want to wait weeks and weeks to get the repair completed. Carmasters is nearby so I called them and got service from a first class shop. I asked Carmasters to do what they could NOT to total my car. They worked with my insurance and returned the car to me in 3 weeks just as good as new. It's not often anyone gets in an accident, I can say Carmasters when above and beyond what I expected.

Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied. I bought two cars from this place and my first one I had for two weeks and then found out it had…read moretransmission issues which they never told me so I took it back and fought for my money back and they let me take another vehicle for a test drive, I ended up financing that one with them, which was a huge mistake. the cars check engine light went on within the first month. i took it back to them and they pretty much slapped a bandaid on it and told me it just needed an oil change. i went back three more times after that due to my trunk not opening from the day I got it and my front plastic bumper coming off while I was driving as well. It gets better though. i didn't even have the car for a full year when I found out there was a leak in my oil that was not fixed the proper way and there was a hole in the exhaust that was there longer than I had the car. i was stranded on the side of the road because my cars motor completely blew. i got no money back and I'm left with only $300 from junking the car. I PAID OVER $6,000 for this piece of shit car. The men that work there undermine women and use them For their lack of knowledge with vehicles. Absolutely disgusting and will definitely not be going back.
