I went in to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. Two of them ended up being really stubborn which caused a lot of discomfort, but Dr. Riley was very understanding and gave me breaks when she felt I needed it. Her and her assistant during the procedure, D, held my hand and brushed my face the whole entire time. They communicated with me every step of the way and asked me if I was in any pain. I have gum disease from the progression of two autoimmune diseases, when I told them this everybody communicated that well to each other as well as telling me about other patients they've had with similar situations. I've mainly worked with Dr. Adams (the periodontist) and his daughter Elaine and they are wonderful. They did a deep gum cleaning on me, which is a minor surgery of cleaning the inside of the gums. I have never had such a good oral procedure, they worked quickly, made sure I was comfortable often and were very careful. I not only have my wisdom tooth extraction there next month, but I will also be having Invisalign done with their orthodontist. I highly recommend them to anybody.

The staff do not seem to understand how or care enough to do their job properly. I came here for a cleaning, xrays, and had a tooth filled that had a cavity. Later I was notified that i was responsible for a $700 bill that my insurance was refusing to cover. When I asked the claims specialist why the claim was rejected she let me know that its not her job to find out why and i would need to reach out to my insurance company. My insurance company let me know they only denied the claim because there were billing errors listed on the claim and it was submitted multiple times. They had already sent the dental office this information and were even willing to reach out to them again. The concerning part is the claims specialist didn't even take the time to follow up on the claim before sending me the bill and instead of taking accountability she acted as if it was no fault of hers when things were settled. The bill came out much less than $700 and i didn't owe them for any out of pocket expenses. Also the hole in my tooth wasn't filled properly. I had to go to another dental office to have the procedure redone. I didn't mind the loud club music they were playing though it seemed unprofessional for medical care. I could handle the poor attitude of the staff but, I can't compromise on getting quality dental care. I learned this is not the place for it.
