On Friday at 5:15 PM, a nightmare scenario unfolded: my front crown and tooth completely fell out. I was incredibly shaken and embarrassed. The thought of facing the weekend with a gap in my smile was devastating. Thankfully, I called Dr. Weisbrod, and to my immense relief, he squeezed me in at 6:45 PM that same day. His willingness to help during an emergency like that was just incredible. Dr. Weisbrod was wonderful. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained all the options for restoring my tooth, and expertly provided a temporary fix. I was so grateful to be able to face the weekend without that missing tooth. Even better, he scheduled me for a permanent solution appointment within the same week! The customer service, as always, was amazing across the board. Everyone at Isaacson Gentle Dentistry is so professional and compassionate. After my first visit, I realized this office is the kindest, most compassionate dental office I've ever been to. Not only is everyone kind from the first second you talk to them to make an appointment, but they do excellent work (I had a cleaning, filling and crown). Super efficient, quick and practically painless! Dr. Isaacson is kind to both patients and staff which impressed me as much as his skill and artistry. Because let's face it. Fashioning crowns, polishing teeth, etc. takes a skilled hand. I also LOVE the way Dr. Isaacson THANKED his dental hygienist (Ashlee) for her excellent work. And she truly is AMAZING! We have found our forever dentist and dental office.

Every time I've called they know exactly who I am. My husband was seen there and Dr. Ryan had remembered me telling him about my husband's work and things of that nature, so my husband felt very comfortable with him and conversation came easy. As far as the work they do, the staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Ryan makes sure to talk you through every little thing he does. Who sees fillings? Whatever. My husband went in search of an orthodontist. Dr. Zollinger was working on an "experimental procedure" for braces. Not sure what was so experimental about it; they appeared as any other braces would. Not ONE day later, the brackets were *popping off* of my husband's teeth like popcorn. He called to have this resolved, only to find out Dr. Zollinger isn't in his office every day and he and his staff didn't consider this enough of an emergency to make an exception. We had moved from St. Paul to Big Lake during this time frame, and it was difficult for my husband to return during Dr. Zollinger's limited office hours. After finally getting in to have the brackets put on again and having them AGAIN pop off, my husband ended up removing the brackets *on his own!* The worst part about all of this is we were given a supposed "discount" if you call $4500 for braces a discount. We asked for a refund, and you guessed it, got NOTHING. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT VISIT THIS TERRIBLE WANNABE ORTHODONTIST.
