I go to the Minnetonka office, but there is also a Maple Grove office if that is more convenient. The dental hygienists I've had clean my teeth have all been skilled and are really good at accommodating the patients to be sure the experience is as comfortable as possible. One thing I really appreciate about the people I have worked with here (and from chatting with other patients) is that they aren't preachy or judgey about your teeth. I feel your thoughts, you haven't been in to a dental office in years and you're intimidated or maybe even embarrassed. Don't worry! I have been going to Linden Hills Dentistry for 10 years- and all of my family. Last week my daughter had a procedure there that I should have been passed to an oral surgeon- and she had a very adverse reaction and we ended up in the ER. When I called the office seeking help-- all i got was their assurance that she just needed to follow the protocol and would improve the next day. It was deeply upsetting episode and htey never checked in the next day to see how she was. I missed 2 days of work, now have over a $10k ER bill and that is on top of no dental insurance for the procedure (the clerk told me she would bill them and maybe they would pay). It was denied but LHD was paid up front. I am pulling all of my family out of this practice- sad because very kind people there but all behind a veneer of push, sell, make money. Feel like they have been bought by a private equity firm.

When I went to check out I was charged for the additional procedures, which totaled $200 above the original quote. When I asked about the discrepancy the dentist came out and offered a 10% discount. They didn't seem to have any respect for the large amount of monetary difference, or that insurance wouldn't be covering it and I would be paying out of pocket for the extra $200. Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is a pleasure, something I imagine many don't say about the dentist. From check in and the friendly receptionist/admin team, to the hygienists and Dr. Brenney, I've never had a more painless experience at the dentist.
