The receptionist displayed a narrow-minded attitude, saying that they had never scheduled an interpreter before, so they couldn't do it, and that the client needed to bring their own interpreter or go elsewhere. The fact that my agency was willing to be billed for interpreter costs made no difference.

I had to reschedule a minor surgical procedure, because Tristan did not enter my insurance into the database correctly upon intake. When I called to inquire if my insurance had approved the procedure, Tristan abruptly cut me off and stated "it's not going to be covered, I'm taking you off the schedule." She then hung up on me and presumably took me off the schedule. My husband is employed through the Department of Veteran's Affairs and we have 2 types of dental coverage, Tristan entered only 1 coverage. I explained this to Tristan at intake and she seemed to understand this. Unfortunately, I had to have a representative from my insurance call her to explain and reconcile this matter with her. When I called Jensen and Jensen to inquire about rescheduling the procedure, Tristan was again very impolite and ended our conversation with a very condescending "have a nice day." I'm not sure what happens behind the scenes, but her negative attitude towards me is befuddling. It's too bad, because Dr. Jane Jensen and assistants were very kind, professional and attentive.

My regular dentist pulled my tooth and recommended I go to Dr. Lingle for my implant. From my initial consultation appointment, I was highly impressed and I knew I was in good hands. The staff is very professional and they explain the entire process thoroughly and they don't let you walk out of the office until your confident and understand everything. They explained the implant procedure process, the timeline, the billing, how they would work with my regular dentist throughout the process, and schedule my appointment immediately, I was amazed! Shortly after, I had my implant done. It was a very quick and painless procedure where Dr. Lingle explained everything he was doing and made sure I was okay the entire time. As we wrapped up and I was about to head home, he gave me the office phone number, his cell phone number, and home phone number in case I had questions or any issues. Luckily, I never had to call to him because everything went perfectly. The worst part about this process was that my insurance company told me they covered my implant and afterwards they said they didn't. After talking with three employees at my insurance company and not getting anywhere, I spoke with Dr. Lingle's office and they took immediate action and had an answer to me within 24 hours. I was so impressed by how they helped me that it helped my frustrations with my insurance company not helping. After some healing time, I visited for my final appointment and I healed up perfectly and was ready for the next step in my process. Even though my insurance won't cover in the future, I will be returning for my 2nd implant when the time comes. I know that when I'm at St Paul Dental Center I am in great hands and I'm confident in the work that they do. I would recommend them to anyone. PS- The free parking is nice too!​

Calling them is like entering a black hole...your call goes in but nothing ever comes out. I swear they got the front desk staffed by ghetto mfs with attitude problems. Want an appointment? Too bad bro oh you want a call back? LMAOO.. you want basic human decency? Yeah alright. I've had better customer service from sketchy gas stations at 2am on University Ave! At this point, I wouldn't let them clean my cat's teeth, let alone mine. Save yourself. Go anywhere else. My son didn't open his mouth, but the hygienist did not spend the time to clean his mouth. She was more worried about flouride, which I declined. She then opened the tooth brush and had my son brush his teeth. After using the tooth brush, she just threw the tooth brush in a bag and gave it to us. This visit was more about productivity and rather caring about the patient. Do not go there if you are looking to get your teeth cleaned. The dentist was ok, but the clinic does not care about their patients. A visit should not be 15 minutes.
