The people at Lubbiti showed me that the what was soldered was not done correctly and it would not hold. Lubbiti fixed the chain properly. I told Michael that I really didn't have the budget to buy a new Rolex, but he still showed me watches--new and used--and I ended up buying one! He was so upfront.
