They had Santa outside taking photos with the kids, incredible Christmas carolers filling the air with music, and delicious refreshments throughout the store. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and ready to help. They had multiple raffles going on--and we were lucky enough to win one! Helen and her team truly put together a magical event that made everyone feel special. While we were there, we purchased a beautiful cross for my nephew. Vincenza assisted us, and she was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. Good Old Gold continues to impress us with their customer service, attention to detail, and the genuine care they show their guests. We can't wait to come back!

It was going to be an expensive repair, which I had not anticipated. He made a suggestion to take all the diamonds out and scrap the rest of the necklace, which has significant gold weight, so I did just that! I picked out a diamond eternity band that I've had my eye at Argyle for about two years and with the high price of gold, I got the new ring in trade plus cash too! I went back again today, after he took out all the diamonds, and he spent nearly an hour with me to make 2 perfectly matching stacking diamond eternity bands to go on either side of the ring that I purchased the day before. And even though he has a very active business to run, we sat and chatted for several more minutes about our daughters and similar circumstances. A very pleasant experience. His booth is inside a building with multiple businesses and his is on the left side about halfway in. It was a Saturday so it was busy. He was so friendly, personable and honest.
