Let me start off by saying I'm generally prone to having sinus infections, I visited this clinic…read morebecause my normal clinic I go to was closed, I was asked multiple questions like usual to pinpoint what the issue is, but during I had mentioned that I was almost positive that it was a sinus infection, same symptoms as usual, lime green mucus stuffy/runny nose, pressure in nasal area etc. After checking my throat and ears this girl tells me that she believes it could be strep and that the test is $15, of course I pay it and it comes back negative, she proceeds to tell me that I have fluid in my ear but is not an infection yet.....I asked for antibiotics anyway, but because she said she didn't see the infection they wouldn't prescribe it, fast forward to the checkout window and $57 later, I go to another clinic who did diagnose it as a sinus infection....now I don't normally make posts like this or posts at all but I was so aggravated that I had to spend money at this place and another place because the staff was not capable of doing there job, I will definitely not be coming back here ever

He contradicts himself from one visit to the next. When you have a serious medical condition, and try to explain the precautions for procedures, he huffs, "It doesn't matter." He didn't even try to help with the reason for my visit on this particular day. All he wanted to discuss was an upcoming procedure, which is not happening with him. He said one thing the first visit and a totally different thing this time. He's all over the place. I will find a kind and competent dentist that listens to medical concerns. And by the way, I have friends and family who have left the practice since Dr Owen took over, because of some of the same things I am sharing now. However, his assistant was a helpful and polite young man. I am blessed to be surrounded by kind, competent and compassionate medical professionals. Unfortunately, Dr (??) Owens is not one of them.

When I contacted the office they let me know that Dr Owens is the only dentist that is still there (guess all the other dentists that used to work there left) and they would be happy to schedule an appointment for me but then they would have to refer me out anyway because Dr Owens can't do the same dental procedures that Dr Jackson and Dr Kang did when they were there. Why would they leave doctors on their website that aren't working there anymore? If they can't even keep their website updated, can I trust them with my dental care? I had heard great things about this office but since Dr Jackson retired and sold his business things have changed a lot and not for the better.

Waited about 15 minutes and then was called ahead of schedule to the procedure room. Holly was my technician who was preforming my procedure and explained what we were looking for and everything that was happening during the time I was there. Procedure took about 30 minutes overall. Was a very pleasant visit and smooth going through everything. I will make sure I will use this facility in the future if I can for any procedures with the Medical group. The facility is nice but the assigned nurse not so much. You know the saying the lights are on but…read morenobody's home? Well, the lights were on but no one was home that truly cared. The nurse was more concerned with everything but my family member. I am thankful our situation improved, however, it could have been much worse. I truly was not impressed with the standard of care. For nurses making an average of $50 an hour not to mention the doctor's salary, I expected more. I am thankful my family member has an upcoming appointment with their primary to further rule out any problems.

My son is a camp counselor at Camp High Harbour in Clayton and developed an EXTREMELY painful infection in his big toe, which developed very quickly. Medical/Urgent Care facilities are VERY sparse in Clayton and I was told numerous times by my insurance provider as well as ER staff to NOT go to the ER unless it is a time is off the essence, life threatening problem. It not only clogs up the ER, but your insurance company will gaff you if you go without being referred by either your regular doctor or an urgent care facility. We live over 2 hours from Clayton. I found LifePoint Medical & on their site it listed "Urgent Care " and "Walk-Ins" under services provided. It was 2 miles from my sons camp. I registered him on the site, (it was after hours) with his contact info, and told him to go there the next day as soon as he could even if he hadn't heard from them. No one called him so he went as soon as he could get permission from his supervisor to leave (he is in charge of 11 middle school age campers). He "walked in" and was told they couldn't see him. He was right there in the waiting room, limping and presenting with a very simple complaint that could have at least been triaged by a NP, but he was turned away, told to try another facility (that did not list "walk-ins" on their website). I called LifePoint, asked to speak to the Practice Manager, was transferred to a phone that LITERALLY rang for FIVE MINUTES, with NO VOICEMAIL. What kind of medical office does not have v/m's set up??? I called back and told the receptionist that I got no answer, yada yada yada, & asked to leave a message for the PM. Tammie apologized and said the PM was in a meeting for the next hour. She asked me what the situation was, I explained it to her & again, she was very apologetic. She said that the owner (the physician) and his wife (who I am guessing is the PM...) have been told repeatedly that the website needs to be updated so people don't keep walking in, to no avail. She then told me she was going to try and see if the Nurse Practitioner could fit my son into her schedule that day, but that EVERYONE was at lunch (I joked that it was not everyone, that it was everyone but her) and she would do her best to get him seen asap and would call me back. What a star. She was genuinely invested in helping us. Unfortunately she called me back and said that no one was willing to see him. She felt so bad. I told her it was 100% not her fault, she tried her best and I very much appreciated her efforts. She asked me where Jake was, I told her he was at the place she had told him to try but they didn't know if they could see him either. she said she knew the girls at the front desk over there, and that she would call them, which she did, and they did fit him in. She also called my son to check on him. FIVE STARS Tammie! You have a heart, and went above & beyond. More than I can say about your owner, Dr.Beck, who professes on his website to be there (Right off their website) "for the times when the situation isn't life threatening but you need care-and fast-." How do I make my urgent care appointment?" Walk-in - NOPE Same-day - NOPE Online requests (That get ignored) Shame on you Dr.Beck. Shame on you Nurse Practitioner. A sore toe??? I was advised by Poison Control to go to the hospital immediately. From check-in through my care, I was met with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Dr Baird was the physician who evaluated me. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the potential interaction between the supplement and my prescription medication. His thorough explanations and reassurance gave me peace of mind while I was monitored for 3 hours as recommended by Poison Control. Dr Baird checked on me several times throughout my stay and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. When I told him I was cold, he took the time to bring me a warm blanket. I wished I could remember everyone's names. There was a paramedic who drew my blood that was kind and professional. Later, another staff member brought me a second blanket because I still felt cold. A curly haired, kind, polite, young man came in a couple times to ask how I was doing and was the one who checked me out. These thoughtful gestures meant so much and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Thank you, Dr Baird, and the entire care team, for your kindness, compassion and professionalism. I am truly grateful for the care and reassurance you provided during my visit.
