I have had billing problems with Family Care Dahlonega since Oct. 03 2025, I am a Medicaid patient…read moreand my Insurance sometimes gets filed sometimes or it defaults to self pay. Office personnel told me it was their new software and the software support people never implemented the software correctly and file information was lost. I have given them my insurance cards several times but the computer can't seem to store the information consistently. Problem is they don't have the ability to correct from their office and so you have to go through N. side hospital billing which all this takes a very long time to correct. The Doctors good and the people are good but the Software/billing situation makes this a firm no go for Family Care Dahloneaga Ga.

I went in for a pre-employment drug test and the "tech" misread my drug screen and had to send it…read moreoff to the lab. I asked her to read it again, in the light.. because we were standing in a dark hallway. She refused, and then urged me to sign the sheet to send off my test. I told her that I used to read drug tests for a living, and that I was passing. She refused to look at the test again. She then did my TB test, and inserted the needle too deep into my arm, when caused it to bruise and then a few weeks later it gave me a scar. When I came back to have the TB test read, the receptionist told me that there was an issue with my drug test and that it had been "misplaced". I had to do a second drug test that was again, passing. I had to have that one sent out yet again. When I had gone back to do the second drug screen, the tech told me that my original drug test was sent back due to the placement of the sticker not being straight and up to the lab's expectations. So, which was it? A misplaced drug test? Or a lab error? Because either way, my test shouldn't have been sent out to begin with. Honestly, I'm annoyed because my employer told me that there were zero traces of drugs in my system when they got the results back from the lab and they were just as flabbergasted as I was. Do better, or you won't be getting anyone to come back. I sure won't be.

Dr. Fordham is "adequate". That is, until I had a "situation" and called the office FOUR times in…read more10 days and never, not once did I hear back.

He is our primary care doctor since the covid scaredemic…read more After doing our due diligence, we realized most of the entire "covid thing" was a manufactured panic-driven effort where the feds were pretty much doing all they could to exacerbate the situation. None of the "approved treatment protocol" made sense--first symptoms, treat as flu (thus allowing the "virus" to replicate unimpeded in the critical 48 hr window, then when symptoms were much worse, go to ER, get extremely expensive (it was not "free"--taxpayers paid huge sums to Big Pharma via the feds) anx useless remdesivir that almost always then led to the dreaded ventilator from which very few patients recovered without serious lung/esophageal damage or death. The inexpensive and highly effective "horse medicine" (as the feds dismissed it) ivermectin worked wonderfully in 3rd world countries that had orders of magnitude fewer serious cases that the western nations that followed CDC/NIH/FCC "guidance." We were persuaded by the actual data (not the fake "science" the feds cooked up) to use the ivermectin protocol but our internal medicine doctor confessed she was too frightened of retribution by the government to prescribe it so we searched until we found Dr. Fordham right up the street who wrote our prescriptions and we got through the panic scaredemic just fine. We also dc not get the fake MRNA "vaccine" shots that so far have killed 4 of our relatives and friends along with millions of others world wide. When "officials" cite "millions" of "covid deaths" they are largely using numbers of those who died from the shots, NOT the Communist Chinese bioweapon That our tax dollars paid to have our enemy develop!
