My doctor is not in this office every day. She is in one day and in Blue Ridge another day and that's it as far as I know. I ran out of my blood pressure medication and even though I called the drugstore 4 days before I was going to run out, when I went to pick it up I was told the doctor's office had not called them back to refill it. In the past, when my doctor was not available, one of the other doctors ordered the medication for me. Their names were on the prescription bottle. I made phone calls to the doctor's office and left messages and I went to the drugstore twice and finally I drove over to the doctor's office and the girl I spoke to who was sitting on the left side of the windows told me I'd have to see another doctor in order to get a refill. I was told nobody knew how to get in touch with Dr. Gary. This young lady I spoke to was extremely rude and I got the impression she did not know how important it is for anyone to take blood pressure medication nor did she care what my situation was. So, I left the office quite frustrated. At this point I don't know what to do. I've never, ever been treated so disrespectfully as I was by this employee in any doctor's office. Will I go back or find someone else? I really don't know. I really like my doctor but the fact that I gave 4 days notice that I was about out of my medication and nothing was done about it and I was put through so much agony makes me think I have to do something to protect my health. I need this medication. God forbid I would have a stroke because I didn't have it. I am now taking an old BP medication I had stored away in my medicine cabinet. This is a very frustrating position to be put in.

They are Primary care facility they also have an Urgent Care clinic at this facility. We have never been disappointed from the check in process till we walk out the door. They also have a lab on site and blood results are normally ready and posted to their app within 3-4 hours. One stop shopping . Now for the Doctors DR CAMPBELL was my doctor and was great. My wife's doctor was DR VICTORIA Timmermans she is a joy to see has plenty of energy and keeps you smiling the whole time you are there. She sits and listens and the explains thing step by step. Also concerned about you health and welfare. We are leaving and will miss them and this clinic. They have been the best Primary Care doctors we have had in over 20 years.
