We were overwhelmed in the first 24 hrs at home with the chewing and jumping and chasing the cats. Walking her only seemed to make her behavior worse. We thought we got a "bad dog" and wanted to exchange her for a "good dog". It turns out there are no bad dogs. Just bad owners. We now have a 16 week old puppy that is very obedient and walks are so pleasant. We are proud to show her off to friends, family, and strangers. I was very impressed with the male Doberman who's litter that was due and wanted to purchase a female puppy from that litter. I was asked to put down a deposit down which I did and we agreed on a set price. I then get a call from Bill telling me that he was thinking about keeping the female that I had already put the deposit down. He told me that if I gave an additional $1,500 on top of the already agreed price then he would sell her to me. I originally told him no and would like my deposit back. He then told me that I would lose the deposit, which is basically criminal because he changed the terms that were agreed on and felt he was basically stealing my deposit. I went ahead with the purchase and paid an additional $1500 on top of the original price that we agreed on. At this point I felt I had no choice, he was basically shaking me down for an additional $1500. What makes the whole matter even worse is that the female puppy that I purchased was from an entirely different litter and not from the Male stud that was behind my whole motivation for my purchase. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a breeder. This is 100% a true testimony of what happened. What he did was so disgusting, dishonest, down right criminal and he should be ashamed of himself. I do not take any satisfaction in writing this review, but I feel that I have a duty to let people know of my experience with Bill and Whited K-9 services. Anyone that is thinking of dealing with Bill & Whited K-9 services DO NOT, walk away and find a more reputable and responsible breeder. This post is the absolute truth of what happened and like I stated before I take no satisfaction in writing this review but I feel I have a duty to warn people NOT TO USE THIS BREEDER! I used to wait 5-15 mins, but as my time is just as valuable, my threshold for being at least acknowledged is a fraction of that. With the previous management, customers were acknowledged when they walked in. Not sure what has happened to customer service, however, a word to the wise: If you'd like to not lose sales and increase business, offer great customer service. It makes people want to give you their money when they need items.

They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. We met Jennifer while she was helping foster a cat we wanted to adopt. Several months later when we…read moreadopted our dog and discovered his nearly debilitating separation anxiety, we asked her for help. She came to our home and helped train him in some basic commands (turns out you *can* teach an old dog new tricks), as well as training us to recognize signs of stress in him and helping us cope with his anxiety. My fiancée had never had a dog before, and even when it looked like we would have to return Tank to the rescue, Jennifer reassured us that things just take time. Finally, through a combination of training with Jennifer and some puppy Prozac (also at Jennifer's suggestion), Tank is a happy, healthy, well-adjusted dog. Also, when we adopted a second cat who did NOT get along with the first cat, Jennifer taught us how to give both cats enough reassurance and sense of safety to make them comfortable with each other. As I write this they're playing together and chasing each other up and down the hall (for such small cats they make a LOT of noise). All of this is to say that without Jennifer we would not be the family that we are. She brought us our first cat, helped us rescue and rehabilitate our dog, and made sure our second cat was safe in our home. We are very grateful to her and would 100% recommend her business to anyone in need of assistance with any pet related issues.
