When I spoke to the customer service dept, I was told that is just how it is. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Called and got Laura. She heard my desperate plea and sprang into action. She had a tow truck meet my daughter after hours and had her towed into their shop. The next morning she called to ask if we had had any repairs to the driveshaft recently. We had used a shop near our house about a year ago. She sent me pictures of bolts that had come loose and caused damage to the parking brake cable. The other shop hadn't tightened the bolts. Laura worked with the other shop to have them cover the cost of repairs. I can't say enough about the service and care they gave us. It felt good to know that Laura cares about safety and doing the right thing. I will have my daughter use them for all future repairs and maintenance.

We thought We were going to have to rent a car, wait till Monday to drive back to green bay, and pick up after the repair in the head gasket area was finished. Marty found a crack in the coolant tank, got a new tank, and fixed it all in under an hour on the same day! Saved our trip and our pocket. All after hours! Call my roadside assistance, and received a text confirmation that a local towing company was dispatched, and would arrive within 60 min. After about an hour twenty gave them a call. Was Told the email wasn't received but would call me right back. After another twenty minutes called them back. "No one available, could I just leave key with vehicle?" Told them absolutely not, forget it! I'll call back to roadside assistance and have them find someone else. They in turn called Wilson's towing. From the time of dispatch Brad arrived, had me loaded up in a another five minutes, and to my service center within 10 minutes. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Brad, and the dispatcher at Wilson's. Highly recommended!

my rating for this service center is 0. lived in the area for 40 years and have had the need for…read moreservice on my vehicles. this center was always customer oriented & great. in the past few years the owner has gradually turned over control to his son, now it has changed to either how much $$s can be taken from customer and time it takes to service the vehicle. not only has that happened but intentional additional problems to cost more money & other companies make $$s off you (think towing & used/new replacement parts, additional services). save yourself the headache & stress go somewhere else.

Brian has always remembered my first name, and been nothing but honest. I had a dealer tell me i needed brakes all the way around, i took my car to Brian, and he checked it out for free, told me what percentage of pad i had left on each wheel. Turns out i could wait probably almost a year before i needed work. Another time i had the battery die in the car, and i took it in to have it checked out, and he said i needed a new battery. I asked about how much, and i was shocked how much batteries were, so i thought i would check around, and found out Brian was less expensive than Fleet Farm, Walmart, and Costco. Plus the install was done while i waited. He also looked at the vehicle all around, brakes, exhaust, and fluids and where a lot of places would charge for the inspection and fluids, all was done for no cost. Great guy
