Explained to Jim it looked like it was leaking from front axel passenger side... maybe a seal. Brought the truck in to appointment 2 weeks later. Got back home from the appointment.. noticed a big wet spot under passenger front side again. Looked under it and fluid still hanging and dripping off the axel , same spot as last time. Called Jim back like wtf. Get told they replaced the rear pinion seal! I got charged $150 to replace a seal I had replaced 2 yrs ago that wasn't even leaking! On top of that I get told... they wondered why I was replacing the seal when it was leaking from the transmission line above the front axel passenger side! Seriously? I tell them I thought it was a seal on the axel passenger side (I'm not the mechanic) and they replace the pinion seal no where near the passenger front side , noticed what was leaking and didn't say hey... this is what's leaking and needs to be fixed! Nope they just replaced and charged me for something that didn't need to be replaced and then want me to make another appointment 2 weeks out to fix what should have been fixed in the first place! Everything was done from phone call to drive away in under an hour. Very professional service.

Dead battery; they showed up and replaced it in short time…read more Dead again within a week; they showed up again in short time and told me that their first guy put in the wrong battery; they replaced it with the correct battery. Battery quickly went dead; they told me I had to take it to dealer so the car's computer could be reprogrammed - something they should have the first two times. So I took it to Bergstrom and had it programmed. 10 months later, battery dead AGAIN (4th time!!!). Went straight to the dealer this time; they kept the car several days to be extensively checked; car was OK (charging function and no parasitic current drains). Simply, the battery they put in was no good so it was replaced by the dealer. I then asked Fox City Towing to honor NAPA's battery warranty. I was told: 1. Warranty no longer applies to the second battery they put in even though it had to be put in because they screwed up on the first battery 2. Warranty no longer applies because the dealer now replaced it and not Fox Cities Towing - insane after I was stranded 4 times because of their ineptitude and then a bad battery whose warranty they will not help me with. I am in my late '60's and have had plenty of bad cars and batteries in my life. This battery problem takes the prize for the number of times I was stranded by their service. The final straw and thus this review - I rarely waste time complaining - was the gall to tell me that I should have come straight to them rather then the dealer. Just like a kid who can't learn not to touch a hot stove after being burned 3 times. AAA is willing to help me now with the battery warranty claim which, I learned, is how these things are handled. Just don't blame your customer when they've done nothing wrong especially when your ineptitude caused me a lot of grief.

Front cigarette lighter doesn't work Voided warranty on tires by patching with a gummy plug WITHOUT telling us November 2024 went to shop. Check engine light 20 codes, changed battery and cleared codes. Codes came back within 30 miles. Claim this is all trickle down effect from wire harness issue and power running backwards. November 2024. Quoted over $1000 for high pressure fuel pump fix. We refused and fixed in 30 minutes on our own for less than $300.
