Dr Fodero has done a few cosmetic procedures for me. He did an amazing job. I look so youthful and refreshed. I had small scars at my hairline. The esthetician, Luba, has treated them and they are now almost indiscernible. Dr. Fodero and Luba have also done microneedling facials with PRP. The results are remarkable. I took a friend for a follow up appointment following a fall requiring stitches. Dr Fodero examined her and told her to get a small tube Biocordeum cream at the front desk. The receptionist said they were out of the small tubes ($40) but they have the medium size ($65). I was told it could be shipped directly to her home and she'll get it tomorrow. I asked if we could get it at the pharmacy and was told it's difficult to find. My friend reluctantly bought the medium tube and asked if she could get a discount, 10% off. When I left the office I checked Amazon. It sells for $19.47 (small) and $31 (medium). Explains how my friend would get it tomorrow! Giving patients the impression they are getting a "special cream" is a deceptive practice. Doctors should be honest. read more

Dr. Fodero is an amazing plastic surgeon that gave me the nose of my dreams. Although computer imaging is not guaranteed the outcome of my surgery was pretty much an exact match with the after version of the computer image. My breathing issues were corrected and I can finally breathe out of both sides of my nose. I highly recommend him if you are a male that's interested in rhinoplasty/septoplasty surgery. He will go into great detail about how he will perform your surgery and will explain to you what will look good and why. I've had several consultations with different plastic surgeons and none of them came close to being as professional and detailed as Dr. Fodero. I was hesitant on a procedure I was considering before I had met with Dr Fodero, but was put at ease after meeting with and talking with him and his staff. Everyone was very patient and understanding of my worries, and Dr Fodero was informative and helpful in my decision for my implant surgery. After I went through the surgery, he gave me a line to reach directly if I had any issues or had a question about anything. I think it's important to have that security, though it is a common procedure it's still not a medically necessary one, and the resulting temporary conditions aren't always what you expect or anticipated and can be scary to go through uninformed. DO NOT do business with this thief. I was put into contact with Dr. Fodero through a mutual friend. The mutual friend spoke with him about my inability to breathe right due to a deviated septum. Dr. Fodero told the mutual friend that he could offer a free consultation for me. I took up the offer. After hearing him out for all of 30 minutes or so, he let me know that there was no pressure and I could decide what I needed to do on my own. After deciding against the surgery for a multitude of reasons, I figured that I was done with this. After all, this is what he told me. Months later, Dr. Fodero sent a bill for over $500 to me. I understand that his time is valuable, but this is about TRANSPARENCY. If you wanted to charge for a consultation, you must make that known up front. When the starter's gun fired at 7:00 a.m., I found myself among a crowd of 30,000 people in shorts running before sunrise, trying to stay warm in the chilly November air. As we ran south along the Delaware River and then west through the "City of Brotherly Love," my thoughts began to wander from this 2012 Philadelphia Marathon. I thought about how my only goal was to complete the 26.2 mile race. At age 54, I had run the 2011 New York City Marathon four days before a chainsaw ripped into my leg to the bone and severed my peroneal nerve just below my left knee, leaving me unable to flex my ankle to lift my foot. As the crowd of marathoners thinned near the Philadelphia Zoo, I thought about how I was lying in Morristown Memorial Hospital a year earlier wondering if I would ever walk again. I thought about the medical studies indicating less than a 30% chance of recovery after surgery for such an injury. As the sun rose, revealing a brilliant autumn day, we turned south in Manayunk and headed along the east bank of the Schuylkill River for the final six-mile stretch of the marathon. I thought about how fortunate I was that Dr. Fodero was the surgeon called in to the emergency room to repair my severed nerve a year ago. I thought about how the application of his surgical expertise on my butchered leg had restored the functioning of my foot and ankle, allowing me to enjoy as full a life as I had before my catastrophic injury. Had a revision rhinoplasty and my nose ended up looking worse. My nose is not symmetrical at all, it's completely shifted to one side. As a RN, I can see a knowledgeable MD after talking with him/her for 5 minutes. Dr. Fodera is an excellent MD-knows what he's doing! He definitely took the time with me that I needed. His bedside manner is professional and personable. My surgery experience was positive and I had excellent results. His surgery center was spotless. The one odd thing-every single staff member was polite and personable. Usually in a medical office, you get that one staffer that is rude or barely looks at you. Dr. Fodero is a talented plastic surgeon who I cannot recommend highly enough! I was referred to him by a friend/colleague who has had multiple surgeries by him (and she looks amazing!). He was the third surgeon that I consulted regarding a small tattoo that I wanted removed. The previous two recommended laser removal that would require multiple sessions and be quite expensive. He acknowledged laser removal as an option, and could have performed it in his office, but instead suggested excising the tattoo in his office during a regular appointment saving me both time and money. In about 10 minutes my tattoo was gone with only a tiny scar that is almost undetectable. His office is state of the art--beautiful, but not intimidating--and his staff is extremely friendly. I am definitely going back for Fraxel, Botox, and to discuss rhinoplasty. As a physician myself, I know many other doctors in the community who offer similar services, but Dr. Fodero is uniquely skilled and I recommend him to my colleagues and all of my closest friends! read more

I would not recommend this dr at all. He performed a chemical peel on my face, lipo on by body and an upper bleph. I have extensive scarring on my face, all he did was take a photo of the scars and send the photo to a friend in Michigan. He never accepted accountability for this scarring. I have UNRESOLVABLE WHITE SCARS of various shapes on my face. My lipo at the waist is uneven, at the thighs, I have puckering on my left thigh, and on my back, the entry points look like bullet wounds. When I complained to him, he responded "that is why I prefer to do body lifts following massive weight loss, those people are just glad to see their private parts again. He is not talented at all, quite a rookie. Yelp requires that I select at least 1 star, otherwise, no stars at all. I went to Dr. Rebecca Baxt in Paramus, and she stated to me that my result was definitely doctor error. I don't know how much worse my skin would be without her. read more
