The best was that when I first walked in one of the Garden Experts walked over and asked me what I might be looking for. He made recommendations and said he was always available if I had a question. As for the prices of the items, some were expensive, but most were the right price for what you were selecting. It was ideal. I even saw a sculpture I had never seen before. I like it and will consider it for a following day. It was a good idea to have when I decide where to place it. The Garden Center is a good place to visit to see, learn, consider and make a decision for now and for anytime you need to think about something new. Enjoy....

When I bought a condo, Concrete Care removed the cheap vinyl that the previous owner had put on the…read morefloor and replaced it with a gorgeous concrete floor. The work took 7 work days for ~500 square feet, and the whole process took ~2.5 weeks from when I first messaged to when they finished. I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday, and Daniel called me back on the Monday. Jack came out to provide an estimate the next day, and he brought samples of polished concrete so I could pick a color. He gave me two quotes: one for removing the vinyl and just polishing and one for also pouring self-leveling concrete and polishing that. The estimates were competitive with quotes I had received from others, and he sent them through Quickbooks within hours of meeting. We decided that they would remove the existing floor first so we could get a sense of what just polishing that would look like. They also provided a COI promptly once we decided on this plan. Jack had a three-man crew come out the following Monday. They arrived everyday from 9 am to 9:15 am. Within an hour, they had ripped up the baseboards and vinyl floor. The concrete underneath had bubbles, large cracks, inconsistent coloring, and a large stain from previous water damage. The foreman, Alberto, suggested they just pour new concrete, and I agreed. We got Jack on the phone and went ahead with that plan. The crew did a great job putting up plastic to protect the walls and the limited furniture I had in the unit. They also put up plastic in the building hallways and carefully disposed of all debris. And 7 workdays later, the floor looks great! Would definitely call up Concrete Care again for any remodeling that fits their skills. I called Mr chimney as I need the fireplace in my vacant apt in white plains checked , clean ,…read moreinspection before a new tenant moves in and it can be dangerous to have a dirty clogged fireplace as I have been told . Called for an appointment on Thursday and Friday morning the chimney guy was at the apt ready to do his job. It took him about an hour for cleaning and inspection and he told me that the fireplace was not used much in the past and it just needed a good cleaning and lookover . Rate was reasonable and the advice he gave me for proper maintenance and care was very useful ..Was thinking about having the fireplace sealed up so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore when the new tenant moves it but the chimney guy told me , it would be a shame to not have a fireplace especially during the winter time and a fireplace in a condo apt is rare and very cool , so fireplace stays put . Glad I called Mr chimney to give the fireplace a checkup . 4.5 stars on my yelp meter .
