(We were fortunate to learn of the problems by a someone who was very knowledgeable about construction that had come into our house on another matter.) As soon as Miguel arrived he immediately identified the same issues that had been pointed out to us by the first individual. He spent over an hour detailing not only what needed to be corrected but also why. He explained each element on its own and its impact across the whole project. Also based on his knowledge of architecture, Miguel made suggestions that we incorporated into the project. Lastly, all of the other team members (led in our case, by Fredy) were not only skilled but a pleasure to have in our home. We couldn't be happier with our end result!
