However, the final result looked quite different from the trial and ended up feeling rushed and subpar, especially for such an important occasion. What was most disappointing was the response when I expressed that I wasn't happy with my hair. Instead of feeling heard, I felt that the owner became defensive rather than trying to understand my concerns or work toward a solution. As a bride, you hope to feel supported and confident on your wedding day, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I do want to mention that the makeup artists were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and did a beautiful job with everyone's makeup, which I truly appreciated. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but I think it's important for future brides to know that while the makeup team was wonderful, my experience with the wedding hair services and customer service fell short of expectations.

Ever since I have been able to wear my hair down with confidence and ease and it was because I got a good hair cut (they can go a long way). I have gone back many times and never have been disappointed in the outcome. Alex is an amazing hairstylist and knows what he is doing, he tackled my hair and made it better. He is easy to get along with, always good conversation and straight forward. I have referred many people to him and those who go love him as well. The staff and environment are amazing, they are cost friendly and they offer many different things, though I have only gotten a haircut and dyed. Asked for some highlights and re-coloring on a donkey faded peek i had done (was extremely faded)…read moreasked for it to be dyed back to my nat hair color and it came out a bright red. also the stylist did not fully wash the dye from my scalp and face. Additionally when my highlights were in, she had me sit underneath a hot seat, upon further questioning they told me that was normal and the severe damage to my hair was from product i had used prior (sunin) wich was fully washed out and when i came in the women even noted that my hair was healthy. further the highlights weren't even to the root (about a 1/4 inch out) however very friendly people and honestly not a bad price.

I understand that prices vary, but if you are going to overcharge based on supply and demand, at a minimum the same quality service should be offered. I think it's fair to expect that this manicure + pedicure would be as good as a mani / pedi half the price. 1. Nail polish started chipping less than 24 hours later 2. The nail polish coat was not smooth, you could see the various layers 3. There was not proper cuticle cutting or dead skin removal of pedicure So disappointed with my experience. Hopefully this message will help someone from making the same mistake I did. Do not get a manicure / pedicure here.
