If we went outside we would be coming back covered in mosquito bites and at least a tick. With a toddler and 9 year old it was horrible. My hubby called mosquito squad. When they arrived the guy came to the door and let me know he was here and to put animals away and close windows. Did what he needed to do and was gone in less than 20. MAGICAL is all. We have not had one tick or even seen a tick. The mosquitoes were gone for a good amount of time but started to show up again (not near as bad as to begin with) mosquito squad was here in no time spraying again! This is a must from now and forever! I appreciate my kids not scratching their poor little ankles and not cringing every time a tick crawls on someone. Is it rude to ask someone if they've had mosquito squad in their yard before confirming plans? Thanks again. Highly recommend if you hate mosquitoes and ticks or hate them on your children as much as I do.

Horrible customer service. First off, they use an answering service (which isn't bad) but it takes…read morethem days to call you back. I finally spoke with someone about setting up services and set a date for June 1st. No one ever came out and then I got an email saying my appointment was June 2nd and that they would call me before they came. No phone call and no one ever came. I made 4 calls on June 3rd and 2 on June 4th with no return call back from the supervisor. Very disappointed with their lack of communication. I cancelled my service and requested a refund.

We ordered 72 winter hats. When we received them the printing was not standard to the English…read moreLanguage. The "R" on my hat looked like a "P." There was no slanted stem to connect the rounded part of the "R" to the bottom right corner of the "R." They said this was standard print and then sent me 2 examples of the "R" on other hats. They looked the way an "R" should look, yet my hats look like the letter "P." Nothing was offered to fix the issue. I was told this is the way it looks. Now I am stuck with $800.00 in hats that I hope will sell. I really would have liked to order more hats with this company as I am a new business, but that is unlikely now.
