At the beginning of the summer, they damaged our patio stones but we contacted the owner and he came out and repaired the damage right away. They have left our gate open a couple times but when we asked them to be more conscious of that, it hasn't happened since. Their prices are fair for the work that they do and we like the ease of paying our invoices on their online portal. We'll use them next year for sure. I really appreciate how reliable they are.

Many of the customer service representatives at the registers were lacking in basic customer service skills. A refresher training in courtesy and attentiveness would go a long way. One of my biggest frustrations with this store is the layout. I entered through the Business and Construction side, which has a checkout and what appears to be a return desk--but I was told I had to walk all the way to the opposite end of the store just to return three items. There were no exceptions. That setup is beyond inconvenient and honestly makes me want to shop elsewhere. Overall, this Home Depot is decent, and I do find their prices slightly better than their major competitor in the area. But the customer service inconsistencies and poor layout make it a hit-or-miss experience.

Came back a few days later and a new worker gave me the money back. Another instance was renting an 8 foot pick up truck. 2 hours before the reservation it got declined saying it was out of stock. I drive by saw the truck went in and said yeah you can rent there no one using it today. If they aren't straight up ignoring you at the counter they are hiding in the aisles on their phones. There are a small amount of works that are helpful and know what they are talking about. Bless them but I'm so sorry what you have to work with.

Due to the age of the machine, 35 years, the replacement part is expensive. Jon showed me a used snowblower he had in his shop and offered for a really good price. Cleaned it up, rebuilt the carb, made it look like new. I stopped by and actually gave it a test run. It also starts on the first pull. He also let me know that since it's later in the season, he'll help out if anything goes wrong next season.
