Cleaned it up, rebuilt the carb, made it look like new. I stopped by and actually gave it a test run. It also starts on the first pull. He also let me know that since it's later in the season, he'll help out if anything goes wrong next season. This happened July 3 2017 on day 29 after it was returned. I stopped there spoke to counter person on July 3 after it broke was told they'd pick it up on the 5th of July . I again called on Wednesday and again on Saturday asking when they'd be around. I left messages since the phone wasn't answered. No one returned my calls till After the better business bureau of Cleveland was contacted. ................ On July 19 th I spoke to Chris the owner , he sincerely apologised he refunded my whole repair bill. 163.51 . Chris, did sincerely apologise. I felt that he was completely sincere.
