How does this place stay open. I went in for the first time in months and remembered why I stay away. Expensive, dirty, most workers barely make eye contact and don't know how to say thank you. Woman at the customer service counter, short, straight hair is very rude. Should Not be taking to anyone. Older cashier in a.m. taller..very rude. Went there Sunday. Bought a package of breakfast sandwiches. There were two prices posted in the store, so I took a picture of them with the lowest price. Got to the register and an even higher price came up, complained to the cashier, he had to ask the manager. Told the manager the issue, showed him the picture on my phone he at first tried to say it was a different product, so I enlarged the picture and he honored the price. He wasn't very nice about it. Disappointed that there were three different prices, I'm sure people that don't watch their receipts get overcharged all the time. read more

This store is very poorly managed. Pricing is very often wrong at the register so buyer beware. I just went there for specific item and got through the register line but the item rang up wrong. When I pointed it out, the manager stepped up and told me the item was not on sale. So I left without it but still had bought $27 worth of additional ietms that I did not even go there for. I should have returned all of it. So I went back to the case out of curiosity to check the price and founf that I was correct, despite being belittled by the manager. Don't ever shop here if you havce any other possible choice of stores. read more

Convenient to have a local grocery store without driving 10 miles, but you pay for that convenience. Many items cost more than I am used to spending. The good side is if you live in the area, you can sign up for a special card that gives you a discount on gas for every $50 in groceries you purchase. read more

Screw this place it sucks. Overpriced, expired crap everytime I buy from here and being a local it's the easiest way to obtain groceries. The one old hag who works the register is rude and condescending and misinformed about her job, yelling at customers for not telling her about an ebt card, which is unnecessary and you can swipe and click the option for yourself. Then not allowing us to use it for all the food we bought which is nothing the card hasn't worked for in the past. This place is a scam. I know from former employees who are friends of mine as well that on the products without already printed expiration dates, they replace them consistently. Don't buy here unless you wanna waste your money, time, and energy, and also probably get a foodborne illness. read more

Giving them 5 stars only because of their pharmacy (the best prices and the friendliest staff, I dare you to compare). The grocery store: Yes, prices are high . . .they should be wearing a mask when you walk in so you know you're gonna get robbed. We call them the bandits. . . This is the only store in the Harmony Zelienople area and the Manager really takes advantage of that. His prices are extremely high! It is a shame that every item that you pick up you have to check the code dates. So many things are out dated! The meat case has meat from Mexico? The 5/19.99 be careful of... those were also outdated. I swear he sells truckloads of food that has already been sent back from a competitor store! I have already seen Dollar Store items on his shelves...I thought it odd that the $ store had a off brand... and there's Bi-Lo with the same odd named cookies... for 1.29 I really miss Shop N Save. The produce dept is another thing! They do have a sign... Satisfaction or double your money back. I'm very tempted to load up my cart! I know I'm echoing what the others have said here, but I don't care. Bilo's prices are high to the point of being ludicrous. I don't know what else to call it but price-gouging! They rip off their customers not only because they're a local monopoly, but also just because they can. I hope some equally convenient competition comes to town soon because years of pent-up customer resentment is going to put Bilo in a world of hurt, and they'll deserve it. They'll wonder why they have so few loyal customers. This guy should be ashamed of himself. Went to get raspberries for my wife's dessert. They were absurdly priced and looked like they had been there for a week. Floors were filthy and falling apart. You can get gas credits but his gasoline prices are 20 cents a gallon higher than all the surrounding gas stations! If I could give zero stars, I would. BiLo is incredibly overpriced with horrendous produce. Last time I was there, the cucumbers were rotten and the tomatoes were covered in mold. I understand that there may be a few rotten vegetables in the bunch, but they were all rotten and disgusting. Made me question buying anything there when there was clearly no concern for quality and freshness. read more
